OneSun was already 6 months behind on the project before Lemus Patio was involved, so Freddy pushed hard to get the patio cover built as quickly as possible. Initially, Freddy was instructed by OneSun to talk only with them and not with me, the homeowner. However, Freddy decided it was wrong to limit the homeowner's involvement and worked things out with me anyway. By doing this, Freddy demonstrates professionalism and respect towards me, his client. He did not allow himself to be misled. When we learned that OneSun ordered supplies based on the wrong measurements, Freddy fought keep the project going. This shows me he will go to bat for his clients. Aside from being professional and respectful, Freddy and Victor do amazing work. They also use high-quality materials. I would sincerely recommend Lemus Patio Covers for your next project.

He delays our jobs for so long and blames it on the manufacturing being "back ordered". You guys....HE IS THE ONE WHO SETS UP THE DATES TO START. He will seriously text us "the guys are at the factory picking up materials, we can start Monday" and then of course Monday comes and goes and NOTHING. We'll blow up this phone for days and then he'll respond 4-5 days later "oh I'm out of town, the materials aren't ready". LIKE WHAT? YOU Legit texted me telling me that it's already being picked up or that you already have it. This happened so many times. I almost gave him 3 more projects but decided not to since he lies so much. Since then, I have finished these 3 other projects and yet Freddy still isn't able to finish this ONE house. Oh and victor? His partner? LOL I have never once heard about him (I had stupidly used Freddy for 2 other projects prior to this one being the last straw--and I tell ya, I never liked him but kept using him due to the price..ITS NOT WORTH IT PEOPLE)--so victor? I never heard of him before. All of a sudden when we have had enough of Freddy, he hands us Victor's number because of course he's "out of town". I call victor regarding my order, he tells me he'll call the factory and get back to me. I stop him before he hangs up asking if he even knew my name or the project I'm talking about. He admits that he doesn't so I'm like HOW ARE YOU GOING TO CALL THE FACTORY WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT PROJECT THIS IS REGARDING. They have this fraud all figured out. Victor steps in as the "good cop" and claims he doesn't know what's going on and why Freddy would tell us a date when it's not ready. Victor, you are supposedly the "partner". Either you are the dimmest partner ever or my guest is that you want to act dim to get away with fraud. Oh and they said I was "rude" and stopped talking or responding to me after I told Victor that I plan to sue if they didn't get the job done or give me a refund. Laughable. Grown men acting like children. Don't own a company if you don't know how to run it. BEWARE that they also go by different company names. I got them as "definition patio covers". If I knew they were really lemus patio covers and I was able to Yelp them, I would have never ever used them. After doing research, we found out they have TWENTY TWO complaints. TWENTY TWO (22!!!!!) COMPLAINTS PEOPLE. I am reporting them to every agency possible and will be reaching out to previously reviewed guests to collect evidence against them. With our collective complaints, we can make sure they never build another patio. I have already filed a claim with small claims court since they are refusing to refund even though they didn't do the work. If anyone else has has a bad experience with them (which we all know there's a lot of us out there), reach out to me so we can take action against these two frauds. I compared his quote to a few more guys and ultimately made the decision to hire them for the job. Oscar and his partner are responsible, hard working, and very humble guys. I will call these guys again for future landscaping project. I would have given a five if not for slightly less than ideal communication. Not everyone answers their phone or text immediately and is totally understandable but as a client, I would like to know when they will be at the property, when they intend to come back if the job was not completed, what is the status of a back order, etc. Didn't bother me too much but communication is pretty important that I think that's at least one point people need to know about. All in all, I'm happy to have picked Aceros Landscaping to work on my project. Will definitely call them again.

Great work all around…read more Their is one bad review for response time for a quote (from Irvine) and one unsatisfied customer in LB. No one is perfect and I am sure that holds true for Alan. But consistently, Alan gets great review. MY experience was awesome. I reached out to Alan about 1 1/2 years ago. Told him I would like a quote. He came out..talked me through everything, surveyed the yard and came back with a quote quickly. I then ran into a financial situation and couldn't do the job. Alan waited 3-4 months and called me to check on me. No pressure...just seeing how I was doing. Eventually, my finances cleared and I was ready. Alan gave me a computer design and it looked awesome. We agreed on a start date and away wen went. Alan and his guys started the job on time. Alan always kept me in the loop and I never felt like he was ignoring me. The same guys showed up every day (consistency) and Alan was very involved. Alan fixed a BUNCH of stuff in my front yard that was not even in my contract. And DIDN'T charge me for it. He replaced a few plants that didn't make it when planted...for free. He revamped my irrigation system at a reduced price. Yes...I spent over $30K on the job...but he didn't nickel and dime me and really treated me well. But here is the most important thing..Alan listens. He is NICE. He is patient. He is responsive. He is calm. My dog escaped one day and Alan IMMEDIATELY called me and we found our dog. He didn't have to do that. I am currently going through a hard time with another contractor and I called Alan up and asked him for advice. He ALWAYS answers...or calls back....or texts. In this world of shady contractors and HORRIBLE landscapers (here's looking at you SGV), Alan is awesome. Trust him with your job. You will not regret it. Oh...and my re-design is beautiful.
