The cashier was friendly. That's all I have to say positive. I got two chili dogs with cheese. Chili dog is the top billed item on their main sign. The wiener tasted like it was boiled. The chili tasted exactly like off-brand regular beanless chili from a can. Not even hotdog chili from a can. There was so little cheese on it I would say it might been a single small piece of grated cheese except it looked melted and none of it was hot. Certainly not hot enough to melt cheese. The bread was adequate, but even that wasn't warm. If their top billed item tastes like poverty, I'm not going to try the rest. read more

I came here today after craving a hotdog. I've put my dog in the car and we drove here to get both of ourselves something to eat. I ordered myself a number three without mustard. That came with cheese, chili, coleslaw, and ketchup. I also ordered my dog a plain hot dog which I gave him a few bites of. I also ordered one soda. The total cost was $9.99. That was a great deal in my opinion. This was not the best hotdog I've ever had in my life, but it was the best I've had in a while. I see the hype, and I'm glad I found this place on Yelp. It was worth the several miles drive for me. Of note, they only have Coke, Sprite, and water as drinks. The woman working on the truck was exceptionally kind and she prepared my order really quick. She was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in me and grateful for the business. I will be back next time I have a hotdog craving. I give this place a big thumbs up. I mean the hot dogs and the fries was so delicious especially the chili dog. And it always goes well to have a bottle of water or something to help wash it down. I ordered two chili slaw dogs which I enjoyed. I am pretty picky on certain coleslaw but this one was delicious. I also ordered hot lemon pepper wings and again was very pleased. Boiled hot dogs with hormel chili. Its ok I guess for how cheap it is. But the sausage dog.. so nasty. It was like biting into a balloon full of weird tasting mystery meat. This is my go-to place for hotdogs. Forget Cook-out or Sonic. The slaw-dogs are the best! And the crinkle fries are always hot and fresh with just the right amount of crisp. I've only tried the wings once but they are really good too. There is ample parking in the front and the location on the corner makes for an easy in and out.
