I know you have to use salt when prepping, but this was so salty I had to drink one cup of water per every bite of the ribs and the Mac & cheese. Hey, these guys are parked in Evans town square, Tuesday through Saturday, 11-2. I've​ been there twice​​ and the pulled pork Bar-B-Que is Great! The sauces (ALL) are perfect and tasty. Haven't had the sides but that's next. They also are at Pollard's​ Corner on the weekends​. Very reasonably priced, which is what I'm not seeing at other BBQ places here recently.
