When I began to have trouble with the screen I went into the store to have them help but, I had to go back to the store because they don't have a Tech on hand all of the time. 3. I was told that they could not honor their warranty. They didn't have another screen to try again. They tried sending me to one of their competitors where I would have to pay again for the repair. 4. I had to demand to speak with a manager just to have this resolved. The manager finally did offer a full refund for the repair.
