Dan, their remediation specialist was thorough, clearly explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable. They removed the drywall, located the failure, removed carpeting and dried and disinfected the area to a state that was ready for reconstruction. He allowed us time to pick out our carpet from a wide array of samples and was helpful in the selection process. Mitch, Trevor and team were great replacing the drywall, painting and making sure everything was as expected. I highly recommend Green Clean for water remediation and reconstruction projects.

Oscar came out right away, walked us through the whole process, and gave us a clear plan (and a fair estimate). His team showed up on time, worked hard, and kept us updated the entire way. They pulled out the damaged flooring, dried everything, and then installed new wood floors that look even better than before. They even took care of some trim and painting to finish the job off. What I really appreciated was how responsive Oscar was--every question we had, he answered quickly and clearly. You can tell they actually care about the customer, not just the project. I'll start by saying Loyear never actually did any work for me - which is, in a strange way,…read moreexactly why I recommend them. Shortly after moving into our new place, we noticed an area of water damage in the wall and flooring from a leaking drain pipe, which the previous owners had covered with furniture during our inspection. We had the leak itself fixed by Tonka Plumbing, and requested an estimate from Loyear for the remediation work. When Gary showed up, he had a mask, booties, everything you'd expect in 2020. He listened to what our issues were, inspected the damage, pulled out his cool infrared gadget, and gave us his estimate. The surprise came when he then told us that - as much as no business likes to turn down business - our issue was one we could probably handle ourselves. Instead of simply taking our money, he suggested that we give it a go, and call him back if the issue turned out to be larger than we were comfortable handling on our own. So there you have it. 5-star review for a company I never actually hired -specifically because of an estimator's honesty and frankness. Will 100% call them in the future for any water damage/remediation work I need.

In the past couple of months and before meeting Jeff, we got the opinion of a couple of remediation/mold inspectors. They were very unclear with their answers. We even had one say they would do the testing after another company (whom they recommended) took care of the "possible" mold issues. We were utterly confused and felt violated by the very shady behavior we had seen so far. When I called Jeff, he was patient and took the time to listen while I explained to him our situation (possible moisture and/or mold in basement), he immediately came over to check on the issue. He diagnosed the problem we were having by doing some tests for moisture/mold. He called me while he was at my home, I was out of state at that time, and let me know what he had found. He then followed up with a written statement a few days later. We had absolutely NO moisture and NO mold! We would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat. Hands down the most HONEST person we have met in this field. He is confident of his findings from what seems like years of experience. Thank you Jeff!

So when we needed new roofing, siding, gutters, gutter covers, facia and soffits I obtained several quotes. Erik didn't hesitate to come out to Farmington and quote the project. We had some "slick" salespeople and we had a guy that wouldn't give me a quote (he really didn't like women was my opinion) and would only deal with the insurance company. Erik was professional, honest and not "slick." The price was fair. My test is always the "warm and fuzzies." After a few meetings with Erik, he had my business. Then came the problems. Every color combo for all of the above items had items out of stock, discontinued or something. Erik made a lot of phone calls and several vendor trips. I have no idea how many combos we went through - probably 15 or so. Finally we found a combo that could be put together. YEAH!!!! Erik was patient through all of the "I hate neutrals" moments and several trips of holding colors against the house in different light. Roof install went well and then we had to wait 2 weeks for the siding. The siding installation was completed and they came back and fixed a couple of small items and we were done before Thanksgiving. Erik was around almost daily and even picked up extra FOD on his own. They installed our new lights and Ring cams too. Erik was easily reachable and kept on top of the project and kept me up to date.
