He then misrepresented weeks of install delays as being the material suppliers fault when he actually hadn't even ordered it yet and then when it finally was delivered it was the wrong product. After we notified him of this he refused to work with us or the material supplier to replace the incorrect items and now months later he still has our 50% down payment and also is refusing to pay the supplier (with whom he purchased the material on credit). When we called the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry to file a complaint they stated that it does not appear that the company or its owner have a license to engage in roofing contracts at all. *** AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS *** The Jill S above is the girlfriend of the owner and works for the company. They removed the damaged flooring and drywall and set up the drying equipment fast. They checked in with me during the drying time to make sure things were going well. Three days later they came back and everything was dry. The team was professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I hope to never need to hire a water restoration company again, but if I ever need to I will definitely hire John and the crew at Done Right. You will be satisfied if you do, too.

Kris was great with communication. He called to say he was running just a bit late, which was fine. What I appreciate most about Asplund cleaning was that he was up front and honest about what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. I was considering having the furniture cleaned as well. Kris looked at it and said it really didn't need to be cleaned. He could have said it needed to be cleaned and made another $100. Instead, he gained a customer for life for not trying to gouge me and do something that didn't need to be done. The carpets now look and smell great! He charged less for the whole house than another cleaning company did for the living room and hallway! He also didn't charge extra for steps, which is appreciated. I would strongly recommend Kris for carpet cleaning and will be using him again in the future.

Dan, their remediation specialist was thorough, clearly explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable. They removed the drywall, located the failure, removed carpeting and dried and disinfected the area to a state that was ready for reconstruction. Next, Rhett, Mitch, Trevor and team came in and reconstructed the damaged area. Rhett was great and estimating and working with the insurance company when needed. He allowed us time to pick out our carpet from a wide array of samples and was helpful in the selection process. Mitch, Trevor and team were great replacing the drywall, painting and making sure everything was as expected. I highly recommend Green Clean for water remediation and reconstruction projects.

I like the fact that they minus the furniture area when they're taking their measurements in terms of giving you a quote for the job. I have a pet that sometimes makes an accident. He warned me that once the carpet cleans and gets wet, we might smell the Pet order initially, but we did not perhaps because of the pet deodorizing solution that they use. Overall very satisfied and will use them again. I was not satisfied with the company I hired last time and decided to try a new company and I'm glad I did!

Big mistake on our part. 1st he had her took out a building permit in her name. 2nd she authorized him to talk to her insurance on her behalf. 3rd siding job that his company did under his supervision was in 2 different tones of yellow. 4th the windows that they installed are starting to protrude. 5th she paid him extra to do a good job on her home and to make it look nice. 6th the gutter that they installed had to be glued back together the day after they put it in. I'm writing this to warn anyone that is thinking of hiring him to think twice. It's better to spend more money on getting things done right the 1st time. Especially if it's gonna be your home that you're going to be living in for a long time. Any company that have you take out a permit under your name is a big RED FLAG. A licensed company that does the job should be taking out a permit in THEIR name. As of now that we know of Thomas Troung T&D General Contractor license has expired since March. Look up Department of Labor Licensing Center. His license is expired.
