In the 4 years I have owned the vehicle I tried to call the owner (Bryan) for additional upgrades and service. He rarely even returned my call and outright stood me up one day when I drove 2 hours to meet him at his shop. His service and follow through was horrible. He always seemed like he was so busy and didn't have the time of day for me -- a paying customer who was considering additional upgrades. The straw that broke the camels back was I was relocating and he agreed to purchase my vehicle back from me. We agreed on a price, payment information, and pick up date and he ghosted me! I never heard back despite numerous attempts to call him. Completely unprofessional and downright unethical. Reported his business to the Better Business Bureau. No doubt he builds a nice (overpriced) truck but there are other better Bronco shops in the region that will actually care about you as a customer.
