I didn't receive a call at all and called in myself on Friday. I was then told that they had done the inspection earlier in the week and I guess they just decided to not let me know. They told me I needed rotors and brake pads and that it would be done the following Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning at the latest. Again, I never received a call. Stupidly, I waited until that Thurs. morning to call them. They told me that all the parts had been in, so I guess they just decided to not work on my car. Additionally, I was told that it would definitely be done by the next day. So, I called this morning, which is Friday May 22, more than two weeks after I had initially dropped my car off and was told that they may or may not get to my car today. I told them that it had been over two weeks and explained to them that on multiple occasions I had been told that my car would be done and I never received as much as a phone call. They just denied any wrong doing and told me that these things had not happened. I still have not gotten my car back. I f it's not done by the end of today I am just going to get my car and take it somewhere else.

They donated great job not just on the gas vehicles but they really know their EVs too, and they have chargers in the parking lot via blink. Today I had my 30k mile service and I can sum it up by saying in the waiting room I had a nice chat with a Lady from W. Va, she wasn't on a trip or visiting, she drives 150 miles one way to have Nissan North service her car and has been doing it for years! That lady drives 300 miles round trip because Nissan North service is that good.

He Helped me with the recall getting fixed and he also managed to get my ECU or whatever it was called reprogrammed because a prior dealer didn't do their job properly which he could have made me go back to them to finish the job or correct their mess up but he went ahead and fixed it!
