To the person (Kate) complaining and giving a poor rating because of your lack of understanding of how to drive. You wrote: "On the freeway he was too busy doing his "Gangster lean" to let merging traffic on; they had to slow back down and wait for him to pass so they could merge onto the freeway. (Really dude?) Obviously he should have moved into the EMPTY fast lane next to him." That driver is in no way obligated to slow down, move over, or make any adjustments to his driving in order to let anyone on the freeway. It is 100% the responsibility of the person merging onto a freeway to adjust their speed to enter the lane. Don't believe me? Try looking up ORS 811.2851 Failure of merging driver to yield right of way. In laymams terms if you "shared a lane" with the tow truck YOU WERE VIOLATING THE LAW, (Class B Violation). You should learn to drive before you slam a company for their drivers lawful driving. Have a nice day.
