He was there to greet us and help get us back on the road as soon as possible. And instead of taking advantage of our desperation, we had to beg him to let us pay him because he was just genuinely trying to help us! As awful as the temperatures were and the unbearable smoky air, most people would have gone home to escape the conditions. Jim put his comfort and afternoon aside to help a few strangers and for that we are unbelievably grateful! Great work and wish we lived closer. Within a few miles we had lost about an eighth of a tank of fuel, and after pulling off it was clear we had a major fuel leak after the pump--nothing I could fix on the side of the road. AAA towed both our truck and trailer to Kelly's. Even with other vehicles ahead of us, they diagnosed the problem quickly. The repair wasn't simple due to how buried the component was, but they handled it efficiently and got us back on the road. Jeremy, the mechanic, took the time to explain things and clearly knows his craft. Justin was also very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Things were going smooth until we turned onto a freeway entrance and the axel of our car snapped and we were unable to move. First of all, the people of canyonville are amazing. Long story short, towing company recommended Bill's since they were the only ones near and open (it was around 6pm) We get to Bill's and they're so friendly. Quoted us an extremely affordable price and told us it'd be done by noon the next morning. Perfect! Doesn't stop there; since we are from out of town and have our cat with us, they personally drive us in one of their trucks to a near motel that accepts pets.
