Not only did they make sure to help me within 10 minutes of me walking in, they got me transferred with new phone in hand in less than a half hour. I was very impressed! Daniel helped to make it a quick transition despite my old phone being unable to download the T-Mobile app, AT&T's website and in addition to me not knowing my AT&T passkey code or account #. I couldn't believe how fast he made it happen. Thanks for your help today and thanks for better service than AT&T!

A female employee asked what I was looking for and proceeded to behave as rudely as she could toward me, talking over me, repeating her answers loudly and with a lot of attitude. I don't know what her problem was, but she really seemed to resent my questions. I had to ask them because T-mobile has some very complicated promotions for phone upgrades and they are confusing. There were plenty of other employees standing around who probably could have handled my questions without the attitude and the nastiness. But they just looked on or at their own phones. I am a longtime T-mobile customer with a family plan and numerous lines. I was considering locking in another 2 years in order to get upgraded phones. But I don't want to be treated this way and will be shopping around with other carriers now. Ugh.

Ok, did that. They have a self help kiosk inside to pay your Bill, it's towards the back of the store. I did have some questions and found the staff to be very helpful. The parking app wouldn't stop generating messages and I couldn't exactly figure it out, as the messages were not matching the current parking situation. Was confusing somewhat. I went back inside the store and Dj , as well as another young lady were very helpful. They gave me a Code to enter and she said it was a systematic parking app, not to get too concerned. So do not forget , you should ask the retail staff for the code before you leave so you don't need to get frustrated with that parking app. I think they had a lot of new items in the store. Samsung mobile phones have a new product, worth checking out. Looks cool. I do think the Internet service they provide is a reasonable cost and I appreciate the value for the money. The lone salesperson was the manager Jack who deftly handled my purchase and set-up my phone, while attending to four other customers who wandered in. Jack was patient and informative, and delivered super customer service where the other store failed miserably. While I felt sorry he was stuck handling the whole place by himself on a national holiday, he was the consummate professional, answering questions and problem solving with apparent ease. One more thing: while I suspect my new iPhone 12 did not need a new jack, I agreed to try the one that was recommended and it's given me a lightning fast charge. Anyway, got such a good Verizon deal on my trade-in, can't blame the upsell on the accessory.
