    Robbed us of new tires as well we just put on the truck. Sold with bad tread and needed to be replaced.

    Still stands at one star as they commented and still take no responsibility for their own actions. It is condescending putting the blame on your customers. There was no light on for it to get serviced. The warranty company demanded the engine get pulled out because they wouldn't accept the code while engine was in tact. Your warranty company. The problem wasn't the lack of service in the seven months we had it. The problem is the lack of service the 13 months it was sitting on your lot. They denied because of your lack of service and maintenance, not ours, your own warranty company. You robbed us and everyone deserves to know so it doesn't happen to them too.

    What's up Yelpies, I know it's been a little bit since I've posted anything but this is definitely important. When it comes to customer service the sales person I talked with yesterday knew what I was looking for and what vehicle I wanted to purchase. Mr.Smith sent over his request for my trades and off to the races we go or do I thought... long story short several hours later I'm sent two text messages.. 1. Sorry our managers priced the vehicle online wrong 2. Sorry your loan wasn't processed fast enough we sold the vehicle to someone else that was approved before you..... I did mention to him I had cash to offset the difference. The follow up was sub par to say the least. I've never been in a situation where my money didn't really matter to a company. Pretty disappointing when customer relationships are what builds a company. Before you waste your time and have your credit score hit with a two year inquiry do your research and make sure the deal is solid. Had I been told all vehicles are up for grabs to anyone that walks in I would have looked elsewhere.

    Happy owner of 2013 Toyota Venza. Spotless! Runs like my other Venza, smooth & very comfy! Working with Ashton was effortless and actually an enjoyable experience. He was up front and very informative and I would definitely recommend Billingham BM. Thanks Ashton & Emile, it was memorable! I love my car!

    They never return phone calls. They did not deliver the "We owe you" items. I do not recommend them.

    This was a huge, HORRIBLE experience for everyone who works at bellingham Nissan. I was in there…read morelike a whirling dervish of phsyco-holic mind destructing chaos, and somehow they maintained thier composure with apparent minimal damage. I bought a truck, then changed my mind. They suffered through the horror of reworking all of the paperwork and refunding the funding for the first truck, so the could RE-fund the 2nd truck, which is something that I don't think they actually had to do, because according to my bank, once I sign and take possession its totally up the dealership. I own it and if they don't want to let me switch, that's that. They went through the process of switching over, going WAY out of thier way to make me happy. But I wasn't done yet. I actually had the truck for 2 days and arbitrarily wondered if I could switch again for a Toyota that they had down there. Again my bank almost laughed at my odds, having already switched once. I cant stress this enough: They deserve the highest medal of honor possible in showing me the patience and latitude that they gave me. They actually suffered thru that grueling 3 hour process for the 2nd time, again despite that they had no reason that would benefit them to do so, and again they were as polite and helpful as automatic cherry pie that puts itself in your mouth for you. I could not break these guys. In the end, I got a great truck that I couldn't be happier about. Special thanks to Raven, Hussein, Tony, and Nelson...(most of those names likely spelled as if an idiot were trying to spell them), and also the following people who's names I don't know at all: the Disney parts girl, the baby carrying manager, the birthday girl in the front, the service girl in the back, and a few of the other sales guys who's names I never got. Apologies to all for murdering your names, and for the 3 days of darkness that my patronage likely laid low on your heads. Therapy is on me (offer expires at 4:10pm today). Seriously though... thanks to bellingham Nissan for helping me get the the truck I wanted. You were all great!
