Bruce Cox had good reviews so I brought my car in. I was told I had to replace my front passenger side axel, tie rods and front and rear differentials, transmission fluid service and a little more. I was called and notified of what was to be done, provided an estimate for the work and told my car was already on the lift and they could start now. Since bad weather was forecasted and I basically work out of my car I needed my car back asap and was worried about not fixing it and having to deal with driving in ice and snow. I approved them to do the work. I got my car back in two days and paid a fortune. my first concern was that the "diagnostic fee" wasnt applied to the overall work costs, It was in addition to. Not my normal experience but what could I do? they refused to discount the Dx fee. I paid and drove home. The following day of driving my car, the front end was vibrating so much and I had evidence of an oil leak on my driveway. So I took it back in. They told me nothing was wrong, showed me a video of the underside of my car and said there was no evidence of an oil leak. So I picked my car back up and within a few days the noise that brought me in the first place was back. In the meantime I contacted Subaru dealer had them assess what was going on and they reported the driver side axel was bad and needed replaced highlighting that the rear differentials were over filled and leaking, my transmission fluid still looked dirty despite the service I had done at Bruce Cox and the cost for fixing the driver side axel and tie rods at Subaru was 1/2 the cost!!!!! and the Dx fee was applied to the overall cost of the work done. I feel that I was financially taken advantage by Bruce Cox and despite the work they did having a "warranty" I don't trust taking back. Super unfortunate for my wallet and lost faith in them. Hard lesson learned.

When it came down to it though, they really did not want to do the work. The two options then became either a 7000$ rebuilt engine or a 12000$ new one. What's special about that? Paid the diagnostic charge which was perfectly fair and went elsewhere. Nice people, just that the special really does not exist.

I purchased a BMW XM5 from MB Motors LLC and had it delivered to my home in Southern California…read more Within two minutes of taking delivery, I experienced two serious issues: the emergency brake failed, and a check engine light illuminated with a cylinder 3 misfire code. Prior to purchase, I requested a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). The salesperson, Emil Vinberg, declined to allow the PPI at the shop of my choosing, stating he did not have a good relationship with the technician there. I later learned from that technician that MB Motors does not permit PPIs at his shop because they were unsatisfied with findings he had reported in the past. I was directed instead to SK Motorsport for the inspection. This raised concerns for me, as Emil described SK Motorsport's Joe as a personal friend. Notably, the PPI report from SK Motorsport did not identify any of the issues present at the time of delivery. Neither Emil nor anyone at MB Motors disclosed any pre-existing issues with the vehicle. After taking delivery, I contacted both Emil and General Manager George Boulos. Both have refused to accept any responsibility. I have provided them with photos documenting the mileage -- confirming the car was driven less than two minutes -- along with photos and video of the defective components. I have since had the vehicle towed to a reputable local mechanic, who quoted $3,000 to repair the emergency brake alone. I have offered to share full documentation from the mechanic, including the repair estimate and mileage verification. To date, MB Motors has not responded constructively. I will be attaching photos and video of the issues to this review.

Larry the Internet Manager was very quick to respond to my email as to whether they had the vehicle or not. I went to visit him the next day and I needed a spare key and someone to fix a panel inside the cargo bed. They came up with the key in short order. Rairdon's delivered the vehicle to my home in a snow storm and between Mitch the GM and his parts manager, they had a brand new cargo deck part in my car within 3 days! AWESOME service and not only did they fix the cargo deck, but they ordered and installed a brand new entire assembly in the 3 days time. I would highly recommend these guys. Talk to Larry and he will certainly help you. If you have any concerns, speak with Mitch the GM as I did. You will not be disappointed. I just wanted to get in writing the two items in my deal and Mitch took very good care of that. I am VERY happy. They also have an outstanding warranty package for used vehicles and although I am usually skeptical of such offerings, Mitch offered good logic that I could not refute. Look into their plan, it seems like a great one and yes, I did purchase it!

My experience with Audi Bellingham was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I reported serious concerns about my vehicle and instead of receiving professional help, I was sent back and forth and asked to repeatedly document issues myself. The process felt like a constant runaround rather than a genuine effort to resolve the problem. I interacted with Brittney, Travis, and Jack, and unfortunately the level of customer care was far below what anyone should expect from a brand that presents itself as "luxury." Communication was dismissive and unhelpful, and at no point did I feel that the dealership truly wanted to solve the issue. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility and working toward a solution, the situation was repeatedly delayed and pushed aside. After this experience I completely lost confidence in Audi and decided to move on. I ultimately purchased a brand-new Mercedes GLE, where the buying experience and customer treatment were professional and respectful -- exactly what I expected from a premium brand. Audi promotes itself as a luxury manufacturer, but my experience with Audi Bellingham's service and customer support was anything but luxury. I hope Audi of America takes customer feedback like this seriously and works to improve how loyal customers are treated when they need help.
