The BEST service and care. Going back to select another car as Chuck truly looks out for me as he would his daughter.

UPDATE!!!! If you're looking to dump off a JUNKER, you found the right place. They'll take it…read more Original post: My boyfriend and I worked with William Hosier, he was very professional. William had us in and out of the dealer as fast as possible, made the whole experience very fast and easy! DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE CONMEN. PLEASE do yourself a favor, make them run a computer diagnostic in front of you before you buy or bring your own and get in and under that hood. Less than 3 weeks later we need to replace the transmission. They take whatever they can in to resell, clear the codes and resell as fast as possible. They put as little money into the vehicles they resell as possible and I get that wanting to save money on the turnaround but SCREWING people over on a MAJOR purchase is GARBAGE. All they could offer was their insurance package for thousands extra. No thanks won't even look at that place driving by let alone step foot on that property ever again. Now we know why they make the whole process so fast. Save your self the time, money, and effort to just say absolutely not to Mount Baker Motors. If you ever test drive their vehicle make sure you run and drive them hard on your test drive so you can feel anything and everything wrong with the vehicle because there is always going to be something. (They also charged him within three weeks of the purchase for an inspection of the engine and transmission. The transmission was leaking. They put fluid in there and charged him for that as well. Guess where that fluid ended up leaking, all over their DANG parking lot WHAT FRICKIN IDIOTS. AGAIN: HE DID NOT ASK FOR THIS SERVICE. He originally only went in for a part replacement that they owed him from when we purchased (that's a totally separate thing)) MB motors do it right and these type of reviews won't have to be left. If you want to be so pushy at the time of purchase about writing a review, make sure your vehicles are worthy of a good one first. Fix your vehicles the right way the first time and people will be returning customers. Unfortunately just not the case here. I know this review is rude and disrespectful and I'd love to keep it that way because we've gone in multiple times trying to fix this so I thought I'd finally update this a couple months later since there has been ZERO improvement.

In my initial review, I noted that the vehicle wouldn't start, and the sales rep said a new battery was installed. I also noted that the battery had no in service date so it was hard to confirm it was new. Guess what! I had to replace the battery last week. 1. 15 month battery life 2. About 3,000 miles of use 3. Started and used for local errands several times per month to ensure no deterioration due to lack of usage I've also spent money replacing rear shocks, tail light clusters and more, on top of the tire issue I initially described. BTW, the headlights were also miswired, one low and one high beam wired to each switch position so you never got 2 low beams. If you've read this thread, the company owner replied that they "stand behind their vehicles". I asked in response if that implies they will cover my costs. No answer. This is a classic scheister dealership. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

This is like a unicorn here!! Keith the owner answers the phone on occasion and clearly cares about the service he provides and it shows. When I arrived at my appointment the guy at the counter held out his hand and said Welcome I'm Tyler! He gave me a run down of what they do and also offered a loaner car?? Huge bonus - When I came to pick it up - it was closing time and Keith was such a sweetheart and said - I'll have someone Monday call you and total you up - what you are letting me leave without paying yet??!!! Maybe I've been jaded from city life but that never happens - the mechanic came out (Austin) and was super informative and told me all he did. Super awesome experience and you can count on me to return for all my service for my BMW. Last unexpected bonus - they washed and vacuumed my car!! Thank you guys for being awesome!!

I had an absolutely terrible car buying experience here…read more I bought a 2010 Subaru Outback from here with about 118,000 miles on it. I paid 9,500 for the car, plus 750 for licensing fees. Less than a week after buying the car I found out that it needed new head gaskets. I brought it back to the dealer and the owner offered to fix it and asked me to pay 500 dollars towards the fix. I agreed and he told me it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. The car wasn't ready for almost 2 months after that. It took weeks for the parts to arrive and once the parts arrived his in-house mechanic completely botched the job and it had to be entirely redone by a different mechanic. The dealer gave me a loaner car to use durng this time which was nice, however I had to jump start it multiple times. Eventually the head gaskets were replaced and I got the car back about 4 months ago. The dealer wanted me to pay an extra 250 on top of the 500 that I already agreed to pay which I think is absurd. I declined the extra 250, paid the 500 dollars, and got the car back. Less than a week after getting the car back the check engine light came on and the thermostat had to be replaced (450 dollars). Since then I have also had to replace the control arms (600 dollars), the sway bar (550 dollars), and the entire CV axle (930 dollars). I've had the car for about 4 months and have had to pay 3000 dollars in repairs, which is absolutely ridiculous when I bought the car for 9500. Not only that but the communication skills of this dealer were absolutely terrible. Any time I wanted an update on the status of my car I had to call them several times. The dealer called to update me ONCE, and that was only after I explicitly told him to call me. I appreciate that the dealer replaced the head gaskets and gave me a loaner car but those are basically the only things they did right. I would strongly recommend buying a car somewhere else.

Pretty much every car had serious flaws, from Carfax reports of previous accidents, to rust bubbling through the paint, to trashed interiors, even audible muffler leaks. And just to take a test drive meant we had to fill out forms and have the dealer sit in the back seat. Then we spotted an ad for a 2011 G37x from State Street Motors in Bellingham, and we made the (long but scenic) drive, where we met with Eli. His attitude immediately conveyed trust in us - "Here are the keys, and make sure you take it on the freeway so you can get it going fast. Take your time." And no, he didn't sit in the back seat. To make a long story short, we loved the car but were concerned by a warning light that would not shut off. I called my mechanic in Seattle who said that the fix is often a fairly difficult one, so it would be best if we could get it fixed before taking possession of the car. We reported that to Eli, who agreed that no matter what it took, State Street Motors would fix the condition at no charge. And they did. We are delighted with our "new" car, and our memories of Eli and Dory at State Street Motors.
