She got upset when I told her that the machine is showing Error msg. She got up apparently upset probably because I disturbed her from her personal phone calls. She opened the machine and asked to move all clothes to the next machine. You need to do it. I have a blanket when it is dry lighter than a feather blanket. However, when it's soaked with water it feels like a toned. She was standing next to me. With her hands on the waist line as if she is there scolding a child.Her voice is very loud and attracted attention. I will never go back that Eco Laundry, will never recommend her In any other person. Even to my family. Avoid it at all cost. This is my first time to used that laundromat. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

My usual laundromat was randomly closed on Sunday, so I had a whole car full of clothes and bedding with nowhere to go. This has happened before, and I've been meaning to find a backup, but every other place I'd tried either didn't take cards or had those evil dryers that somehow require 17 cycles and STILL leave your clothes damp. So I did what any reasonable person would do and went on Yelp to figure out where the Señoras would go- because they do NOT play when it comes to their laundry. This place popped up, had great pictures, took cards, and looked clean, so I figured, "Welp, I'm already here. Let's see what happens." When I walked in, I immediately started looking around trying to figure out where the heck you actually pay and how everything worked. Joshua noticed me looking confused, I told him it was my first time, and he walked me through the whole place. He showed me the Laundry Boss app, which is honestly so futuristic compared to the old-school quarter situation. You scan the QR code on the machine, set up your account, load money using Apple Pay, and start your machine right from your phone. As someone who never carries cash, I was SOLD. Joshua also let me know they have a drop-off laundry service (I always assumed that was one of those things that costs an arm and a leg, so I'd never even looked into it) but the pricing seemed reasonable especially if you can pick it up the next day, I always assumed it took several days, And everything gets washed, dried, perfectly folded and packed up for you- They can even drive to you and pick up your laundry from your house! I could see this being really helpful for mom's with kids at home and busy schedules or people like me who waited too long and now have to wash clothes, towels and bedding at the same time Joshua was super kind and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. While my laundry was going, I wandered around and started reading all the funny plaques on the walls and noticed this big "Hero Among Us" plaque and Joshua told me the story behind the owner, who apparently is very involved in the community -- doing turkey giveaways, coaching at the local high school, and actually coming into the laundromat during the week to make sure everything is running smoothly. And honestly, you can tell. While I was folding my clothes, I watched Joshua greeting other customers by name and chatting with some of the older folks. He clearly takes pride in what he does, and the whole place has this feeling that it's actually for the community, rather than just being another giant laundry chain where you're fighting with a broken machine over your last three quarters. Also, THE MACHINES. Everything I used was clean and working, and the dryers actually DRY YOUR CLOTHES. I didn't have to put anything through multiple cycles, which should honestly be the bare minimum but apparently isn't. They also have these really cool laundry baskets where one side is higher than the other, making it way easier to pull everything out of the washers without your clothes tumbling onto the floor. It's such a small detail, but when you're washing a million things, little details matter. The location is convenient too. There's an ice cream shop, Mexican food, and this funky little shop next door that seems to sell approximately EVERYTHING. So if you need something to do while your laundry is running (or phone dies) you've got options. My only feedback: I was VERY excited to see they had snacks and sodas because I spotted a Cactus Cooler and I swear I haven't had one in forever. Unfortunately, those were exact-change only. I never have coins on me, so I had to walk away from that Cactus Cooler and I'm still thinking about it. But now I know. Next time, I'm bringing quarters AND my laundry. I originally came here because my usual place was closed, but I left thinking this might actually be my new spot. Clean machines, dryers that do their ONE JOB, easy Apple Pay, thoughtful little details, fair drop-off pricing, and employees who actually seem to care about the people coming through the door. 10/10 would voluntarily do laundry here again. ++(Bonus points if you find the bobble head of Mr Boss Man )

I used to wash my clothes sometimes twice and rewash them and soak them here. I hadn't been here for a year and I recently came back and they have BRAND NEW WASHERS. These washers wash incredibly good. I no longer have to use the top washer. I use the front loading washer now. It has a setting where it pre-washes the clothes rinses them and then I add detergent and it washes it a second time for me. It even has a setting where it'll wash your clothes essentially three times and rinse it twice. It has a setting where it can wash your clothes for almost 40 minutes. My clothes smells so fresh when they come out I use Purcell detergent and I started using borax the laundry booster. And a new rinse additive. I only pay a dollar more to double and triple wash my clothes sometimes two dollars more depending but it's very affordable. You don't have to worry about mold in the washer from an old washer or eating your coins and having to try to figure out how to get your money back. My clothes come out smelling fresh like the detergent I use as opposed to stale like they need to be re-washed again. It's amazing! I highly recommend.

They have one vending machine with snacks, soda, water & laundry detergent. You will need powder detergent for these machines. They have washer machines that do 1,2,3,4 & 6 loads- costs vary, settings on machines vary. They do have a quick wash cycle. The dryers are quite large and can easily fit over 3 loads. There is no AC, too warm in the large room in my opinion. They have one bathroom- you have to pay a quarter to use it. They have a sink out but no soap which I found inconvenient after touching dirty money. Vons is next door in case you need to buy laundry detergent or dryer sheets.

There was a lady at the counter for the dry cleaning area, which is a separate room from the laundromat area. They had a fairly quick turnaround for my dry cleaning and from what I can tell, they did a great job on mending the hole. It was a short visit, but I would come back if I need my dry cleaning done.

Then throw $1.25 in the dryer which buys me 35 min which on high heat works well for me. The one and only time I had a problem here was my fault. After waiting my normal 30 min on my laundry I was ready to dry my clothes only to find out the smelled like dirty laundry. On furtherinspection they looked like dirty laundry. Evidently I failed to hit start button. I reloaded machine and hit start. No need for additional coins since none were used 30 min later they were ready for the dryer. Then 35 min later they were ready to be folded or hung. They came out fine as always. The owner isn't particularly friendly. He's not rude mean or unfriendly, He's just not friendly. Perhaps because he's there to clean up the place, cash out machines, and preping the place to close. He did allow me to park over night once when my car failed to start. So with all the positive I've said why 4 stars instead of 5? It's a cultural thing. Just as his all business deal with me is cultural. I expect to be treated as a friend or family when I'm a regular somewhere. This hasn't happened and I've been coming here for years. Not once has he ever spoken to me first. Never asks how I'm doing. I walked into this laundromat hoping to do a simple load of laundry, not participate in what I can only describe as a war crime against the senses. The moment I stepped in, I was hit with a smell that can only be described as *boiled regret*. Turns out, someone (or something) had spilled what had to be at least two gallons of hotdog water *into* one of the machines--and the staff just shrugged like this was normal. I asked if the machines were sanitized. The employee looked me dead in the eye and said, *"It's mostly just water, right?"* Sir, no. It's not just water. It's the liquid essence of meat tubes. My clothes came out smelling like a 4th of July cookout hosted in a dumpster. To make matters worse, the vending machine only had expired snacks, and the bathroom door was held shut with a mop handle. If you're considering doing laundry here, just rub your clothes on a tree in the rain--you'll get better results and retain your dignity. Avoid. Unless you're a raccoon with a taste for nitrates.
