Definitely a number I'll be saving in my contacts in case any future projects come up.

He first consulted with us and give us his ideas and was very accommodating to our ideas as well. We had big problems with our home improvement project with Todd Regine and his company Edge…read moreServices. He was recommended by close family, seemed to be an honest and nice guy with a track record of home improvement. The project was a remodel of a master bathroom. It involved demo of the existing one, moving and installing a new custom shower, tile work, moving a window, painting, installing a vanity etc. The demo went well and then it was slowly downhill from there. The shower floor-plan Todd designed did not allow for a traditionally mounted glass door. There was a window to move to make room for the shower and it was not moved to the right place and we were not told until after it was done. The bench in the shower is not square or level and the tile job has broken tiles. The tile floor was not installed properly and over 50% of it has uneven spots, loose tile and broken grout. The paint is not even and showed color variances on edges, the vanity lights are not centered and uneven. There is more but I won't continue as this is too much already. Yes- this is a lot to mention. Todd did not want to accept responsibility for his work and make it right and complete the job. Instead he kept saying we walked on the bathroom floor and its our fault while never addressing all of the other poor work or finishing the job. The communications to discuss fixing the work broke down and at this point because of how his contract reads we have paid for 90% of the project but will now have to hire outside professionals to fix and finish the job.

Jeremy was very hands on at every phase of the project, providing not only his expertise, but ideas and alternatives on how to get more out of the space we have available. He was available to answer any questions and always had a positive attitude, no matter how miserable it was to be in that basement; this July-August was pretty humid here in New England, so I can't imagine how hot it was in the basement. All initial inspections passed with flying colors, and I don't expect anything different when it comes to the final inspections. Compared to other quotes I've gotten, Jeremy's bid was the most reasonable. Jeremy also stick with the payment plan we previous agreed upon: initial deposit, 2nd deposit after passing initial inspections, and final payment after passing (will be scheduled) the final inspections. That's very appreciated. JDH Home Improvements and Jeremy is a shining beacon in a world full of untrustworthy contractors, and I'm glad I was able to find him. I consider Jeremy to be one of the best and won't hesitate for a second to hire him again for any future projects.

Dennis S., the owner of D&D, agreed to take on the job and he worked directly with my town's building inspector to come to agreement on the remediation and bring my basement up to code. When it made sense, Dennis brought in other contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.) and I hired and paid them directly. At other times, Dennis' crew and subcontractors worked on aspects of the job. At all times, Dennis was personally involved. He kept me informed, coordinated the variety of personnel, and was the face of the project to the various town inspectors.
