Reuben Sub

Pretty decent sub. The place has a weird atmosphere like a gas station combined with a deli. Took about 10 minutes to prepare my sub.

What a hidden gem, amazing sandwich shop we got a sausage egg and cheese and a chicken finger sandwich both were excellent!! Freshness and quality and bang for your buck. Friendly staff you can either get it to go or dine in small dinning room atmosphere. Highly recommend

Great hidden gem right on the boulevard. I've driven past this place a bunch, but this is the first time I've stopped in. Small deli with a little seating area to eat. Friendly staff and they were quick making the food. Both the chicken tender salad and sub were great! Would definitely recommend.

I had been anxiously awaiting sinking my teeth into a Mayback sandwich and sub. The order was easy to place over the phone. I just used old pics of the menu from Yelp to see what options are available - didn't see that they had a website. Chicken finger sub (mini) - Classic. No complaints. Plenty of fingers. Steak breakfast sandwich - I recommend adding a hash brown patty. Unfortunately there wasn't much flavor - maybe just needed a touch of salt; but regardless, it was inhaled. Hope to be back to try more!

The Mecca for cheap, quality eats. L Fish Fry dinner is served daily, and is exceptional compared to most places. Stop in for a square meal, and enjoy a crisp Sprite while you wait.

Absolutely love this place! The food here is not your typical food. Somehow it's always delicious every single time!!!! Reasonable prices for outstanding quality food! The staff are amazing and friendly! They do have seating inside in case you wanted to really enjoy the experience! I look forward to dining with you guys again...

I am a sucker for chicken salad with grapes but it can be hard to find and it was delicious. My husband got the turkey club and they modified it with a few of his preferences. It's a rather blustery day out, but it's also my playdate with one of my besties. I've been eyeballing this place since the "coming soon" sign had gone up, and today was the day I was going to step foot inside, with any price reservations getting stuffed. Because sometimes you need to dig a little deeper in your wallet to get a little more out of life. The door chimed to alert a bored looking girl that we had arrived. She disappeared as we poured over the multiple menus to decide what to eat. An older woman came out to take our order. I made the breakfast cutoff, which is noon, so I ordered the breakfast tacos. For 9.99, you get two soft flour tortillas filled with scrambled eggs, sauteed red onions and green peppers with melted pepper jack cheese. The menu claims you save a dollar if you forgo the meat, yet I noticed on the receipt that instead she opted to add an egg instead of docking the cost. She asked if that was all, and I mistakenly thought that she meant for my order so I paid her my cash and gave her my name. She immediately disappeared. My bestie and I shared a confused look. We had obviously been talking about what she had wanted to order and the place isn't that large for the conversation to get lost. Big enough to have a few tables with chairs and a booth inside. There's no bell to ring. We puzzled over what to do before yelling "excuse me" over the barrier to get her attention. She did apologize, claiming she thought we were going to share the dish. I get that it comes with a hashbrown too, but that's not a lot of food between two hungry stomaches. It was enough to fill me alone. My bestie ordered a patty melt with onion rings and a can of soda with her card. The sandwich comes with a pickle spear and 50 cent bag of Lays. Ten minutes passed as we watched Spongebob on tv. The food was brought directly to our seats as we were the only people in the room. (Another two parties would arrive as we were leaving shortly after noon, so I think it was a matter of timing, which given their abbreviated hours is a small miracle.) I made haste in taking bragging right pictures before grabbing a tableside napkin to tuck in. Consider the pricing reservations officially stuffed, because this plate was stuffed with all the right stuff. While service does unfortunately drag this review down at least a star, the food saves it. I was presented with two beautiful tacos and a hashbrown, complete with two packets of ketchup and one of Franks. I first bit into the hashbrown. I did need to wipe grease from my fingertips a few times, and the salt is definitely in the foreground. I don't often treat myself to authentically fried food, and this was hitting all the right tastebuds. I took a bite of the taco. The onion and pepper are present, getting sprinkled on the entirety of the dish. The eggs, the star. I've been avoiding them with the recent uptick in grocery prices, and I'm not going to say that is entirely why my stomach was smiling, though it probably did help. Usually scrambled eggs are on the bottom of my ranking. These, however, were creamy and eggy, balancing perfectly with the veg, cradled in a super soft tortilla. The melted cheese was a half promise, full slice, with it still retaining some shape, at no detriment to the meal. I appreciated that the only time I experienced leakage was when I chose to add the hot sauce to the second taco. Personally, I think the flavors work well enough without the sauce. Both work; merely a personal preference. My bestie was working on her patty melt, which was served on garlic buttered sourdough. She did remark that she wished the bread was thicker to better contain the wet, and that she felt the second angus patty was a bit extra, otherwise enjoying her investment. It comes with cheese and onion, again a side of ketchup. Hers came in a container. The onion rings looked and tasted unlike frozen ones. The inconsistency of shape (there was a hunk!) and mighty stick power of the coating led her to happily believe that they were authentically homemade. It came with a boom boom sauce that she didn't bother to dunk them in, claiming they were great enough without it. I pocketed the sauce to take home, as well as her small bag of chips, as after her delightful pickle, which held up to her three part standard of audible crunch, flavor and lack of wobble, she was quite full. We wanted a to go box for the rest of her meal. Unable to find anyone, even after calling over the barrier again, we made a makeshift box out of the serving plates to shield her food from the snow. So my curiosity is sated, as is my appetite. I feel like I would want to give this place a second chance, perhaps with a to go order to avoid the feeling of being a burden to the staff. Sorry, not sorry, my vegans.

Everything sounded so good that picking just one sandwich felt impossible, so we decided to split a couple. The cashier was the absolute sweetest--so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, which set a great tone right from the start. We ended up sharing the Hideout panini (a delicious vegetarian combo with eggplant and mushrooms) and the Fugetaboutit turkey sandwich. Both were fantastic, and the specialty mayos on each really took them to the next level. Honestly, I probably could have demolished both sandwiches right then and there, but we were deep in conversation so I saved the panini to enjoy later at home. Overall, this is a great little spot for sandwiches made with love, paired with great service and even better company. Definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm craving a really solid sandwich.

I came across Joe's Panini Grill and Deli and we both agreed this checked the boxes. All-in-all, we had a great experience here! We arrived a little before 1pm on a Monday and grabbed a parking spot right by the main entrance. Their parking lot has plenty of spaces although it's a little bumpy to pull into, the parking lot needs to be repaved/repaired. Upon walking in, it's on the smaller side, but shockingly, there are a nice number of tables and chairs, we had no problem finding a seat. It's nothing fancy inside, but it doesn't need to be - It was clean and comfortable. We grabbed a paper menu and were impressed with the variety of sandwiches! After a few minutes, we decided to order a couple sandwiches and split them. The woman who took our order was incredibly friendly, very warm and welcoming! She did a nice job making us feel welcome, like one of the regulars. Once our order was placed, we sat a just-cleaned table and had great conversation and about 15 minutes later, our lunch was brought to our table. For lunch, the first sandwich we ordered was the "01 - Fugetaboutit", a turkey 'sangwich' with sweet peppers, provolone cheese, red onion, lettuce, and chili mayo. The second sandwich was the "30 - Hideout", a panini 'sangwich' with eggplant, portabella mushrooms, onion, tomato, sweet peppers, provolone, and sundried tomato and basil mayo. The "Fugetaboutit" was packed with turkey and the roll it was served on was the perfect balance of chew and crust/crunch. The chili mayo added a nice light spice to it. The "Hideout" was toasted perfectly, a great crisp, crunch to the bread. A nice amount of eggplant and portabella mushrooms inside, and I really enjoyed the sundried tomato and basil mayo, not too much to overpower everything else in the 'sangwich'. I have a "healthy" appetite so I easily devoured half of both and walked away perfectly filled up. My friend boxed up half of their meal to have later but enjoyed the "Fugetaboutit"! For the price, I thought the portions were very appropriate, no complaints from me here! Joe's Panini Grill and Deli nailed the local, neighborhood-feeling lunch spot! Friendly customer service, affordable prices, an expansive menu, if I were in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to come back and grab lunch here.
