Man I haven't been here in a while but from what I've seen on the internet a 5 piece chicken finger dinner is $20 and 10 piece is $31 ... what happened to affordable .... We paid $12.99 for a 5 piece chicken fingers dinner long time ago ... this is the price of two McDonald's visits... and I was really looking forward to having it but for 2 people 31 plus tax is crazy.... Even if there fingers are big ... It's like ... what about value for your consumers ... I know... I know... inflation. But it's crazy how bad it's gotten... can anyone post a recent menu? Best breakfast sandwich I've had in a long time. Had ham, sausage, egg and cheese. Will be back again.

This is a very convenient store , whether you want snacks, drinks, cold cuts or freshly made subs while you wait. My boys & I each got a sub. They were ok but mine could've had a bit more in it. It was kind of empty. I had the Ultimate Roast Beef. I also got a little ,cold, Banana Cake & omg, heaven !! It was so good. The employees were all nice. They also have A LOT of instant lottery tickets. This is a fun kinda corner store, looking at everything they have. read more

Especially their combo meal deals. *They usually have your order ready within 20-25 min. Their breakfast sandwiches are legit and their hashbrowns are even "Legit-er"- my favorite hashbrowns around, nice and crispy! I have yet to order something from here that I did not like. Al's corner store is a staple in Kenmore, NY sitting right next to the Kenmore Catholic Mercy Hospital and boy do they have some good food. So, I've had their Greek Salad with grilled chicken breast and I have to say it was well worth it. Ok so let me back up just a little I am not claiming they have the best Greek salad in the world but it's up there - for a corner store I think they rock! I was in a hurry just the other day and happen to see Al's Corner Store so I stopped into give them a try. The ingredients were that of a freshly made salad, the chicken was absolutely amazing grilled to perfection and tasteful to fill your palette with pleasure. Would I go back? Absolutely! I would recommend Al's Corner Store if you haven't tried them you should absolutely give them a chance if your in the area. From my understanding Al's corner store has been around for over 35 years and they have a huge selection of foods to order from, again for a corner store they have a great selection to chose from you can't bet it. There was a cheesecake emergency. Mom was in Kenmore Mercy Hospital next door and needed something to perk her up. Al's cheesecake to the rescue! It's wonderful. I spotted this store as I was parking in the Emergency lot. The food at KMH is OK, but I was hoping to find something special and Al's had it. I went back a couple times for sandwiches. The egg salad sandwich is made in heaven, which must be local in order for it to be that fresh. read more

I stopped in for a submarine sandwich. A large selection of sandwiches and prepared foods. I went with steak and sausage sub cheese, mushrooms and hot peppers no lettuce or tomato. I added onions and little mayonnaise. It was very good the sausage was Italian spiced with fennel seed. The sub roll was toasted as requested and the bread was oh so fresh. This is one of those hidden gems that you hope everyone does find out about. It's just a convenience store with a deli that makes some food. But they make some pretty great food at very reasonable prices. They make really great steak and chicken finger subs. You can get a combo on each with a gigantic amount of fries and a drink for about $8. Their chicken fingers are also available in the same price combo. The fingers are the biggest you'll find and very tasty. I don't eat fish, but apparently they make an outstanding fish fry and the line is out the door with people waiting for them every Friday. If you are a person who buys deli meat every week, this is worth a stop as their deli meat is at least half the price of the grocery store. read more

Great customer service and excellent selection of food and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. I would never think about stopping in here honestly. But when I found out the food was really good, I was shocked. I had to check it out. I have had the breakfast sandwich and hash-brown, I was shocked. It was so good & cheap! It's right by my house so it's easy to pop in and grab something to bring home. I've heard good things about other food options as well. They also have some basic grocery options, it's kind of a one stop shop. Need milk? Or maybe a baked good fix, they have it all! I'm surprised this place has no reviews. I decided to come here based on a tip from a friend who claimed they have amazing breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast sandwiches are up there for my favorite foods ever. I decided to head out on a Saturday morning at around 9am for a delicious sandwich. When I arrived, I was somewhat surprised how many people were there/coming in and out during the brief few minutes I was there! Though, being situated right next to Kenmore Mercy, I guess it is in a good location for business. This place is mostly a convenience store, but with a big deli counter with very reasonably priced cold cuts and sides. They have a huge menu of all different kinds of sandwiches, including a $5 footlong sub! But I came here for the breakfast sandwich. For $2.99 (came to $3.25 with tax) I got the most delicious bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a soft Costanzo roll. Everything was perfect. The bacon was cooked perfectly, there was a real egg (sorry Tim Hortons and Dunkin), and some melted cheese that brought everything together on a soft, and warm Costanzo roll. Now, rumor has it that if you get two breakfast sandwiches, the second one is only $1. It isn't written anywhere, but I had heard it is true. Next time I go, I will definitely be ordering a second. Wow, found great chicken wings, everyone does wing their own way, But here the wing were good size. I had 20 wings. Half buffalo hot, the sauce was hot and tasty but I was able to eat them, lots of sauce on bottom to dip. Also had Cajun on the other half, hot and Cajun flavor, good. Went in to grab a drink and a quick bite to eat. I could not believe the variety available from this little corner store. My objective was to just get in- and get out- but I caught myself grazing the aisles. They have a huge candy selection, having some unique finds, definitely would of loved this as a kid! Somehow even some pieces of rock candy ended up in my pack of items I was cashing out with. Weird how that happened, heh-heh. Very nice "grab and go" selection included pieces of cakes, pre made sandwiches, salads and some pasta salads. I was shocked that their was some options to the salads, not just a garden salad with some wilted veggies thrown on top. Nope, not here. Chicken finger salad, fresh berry salad, tuna salad to name a few. I really liked the size of the salads- not the overwhelmingly huge ones I get from Wegmans. The portion was perfect and for around $3??! Score. I selected the Berry Chicken salad. Strawberries, Blueberries, sliced Almonds, sliced grilled chicken. Delish. There were a few cucumbers and a random plum tomato too. I swiped a take out menu on my way out, because I heard the woman who was waiting for her sub talk to another person in line about these "amazing subs" & how the breakfast sandwiches are even better. Breakfast sandwiches? Why yes! Several choices for 2.99 (3.99 for the steak) & 1/2 off the 2nd sandwich. Well well well, this might be my new little breakfast spot! All employees were more than pleasant & even reminded me to grab my cellphone I placed in. The checkout table before leaving. This place is amazing. It used to be Dick's back in the day... changed hands years ago and what we have now is a full service deli and "to go" menu. The guys behind the counter are hilarious and nice to everyone. Great little gem in the Kenton area. They keep it clean and it's cleaner than any corner store in the area.
