Well, better late than never, I suppose, Pluses: same huge parking lot, a good variety of the THC drinks the kids are all into (and also me, to be fair), a really nice hot sauce shelf, a nice walk-in beer cooler with a lot of crafts and seasonals that I haven't found anywhere else (I'm talking to you, Oskar Blues Little Yella Pils outta Colorado--nice to see you again!) Minuses: prices on some items are terrible. A 12-pack of Carlsberg half-liters was selling for $24. It's $17.49 at Wegmans! Like, I'm not that cheap and I usually won't start the car for a $1-2 difference, but seven? See you at Wegmans. Anyway, there all also odd kitchen tools and knicknacks and various other gourmet foods and a lot of candy that the person in the house who eats candy spoke favorably of. There's plenty of tables for dining in. There's artisan flatbread pizza, salads, soups, gourmet sandwiches and desserts on the menu with a new edition of a fish fry. Not sure if the fish fry is a seasonal item or will be permanently on the menu, but, I highly recommend trying it! It's a beer-battered fried haddock filet that comes with delicious house-seasoned French fries, house-made pasta salad & coleslaw, rye bread, a lemon wedge, butter and tartar sauce. The dinner was huge and so good! The fish was fried perfectly, the salads had amazing flavors, and the fries were well seasoned and cooked just right! I pre-ordered on the Toast app and my order was waiting for me when I got there. I also ordered a piece of Baklava for dessert and that was out of this world too! I stopped here tonight, when I was in the area. The beer is pretty pricy but all good beer is. After a $20 gift card from a past birthday, my order was around $47. I bought $17 worth of Sausalito turkey. It has a bit of a kick to it and tastes great! I bought rye bread, which was near the deli. I bought olives stuffed with bleu cheese, which were right across from the deli. On the other side of the olives, near the sit down area, I found slices of cheesecake, cake, and other things. I bought myself a piece of the chocolate peanut butter cake. I also bought some fun beers. I bought one can of the mocha frappe milk stout, one can of the Cassian Sunset, a four pack of the Black Ops Barrel Aged Stout, and one can of the Sarah Cynthia Sylvia stout. (My name is Sarah. I "had to" try it. It tasted fantastic!!!) The staff were kind and considerate, especially the guy in the deli. We were joking about things. I like coming here for my olive oil. A great place for trying novelty things or things you just haven't tried before. They have a lot of cool gifts and tools to make things, for instance crème brûlée or all the ingredients for escargot. So many different flavorings for coffee, etc. Although a lot of their stuff is from around the globe I'd like seeing more of that snacks & chocolate wise. It's a pretty big open place you can get lost in for a while, they have a cafe with lots of fresh baked goods. I love when I visit premier gourmet I see so many things that I have never seen before and I get to try out different things, on my trip today I bought two bags of holiday grog for my sister-in-law who lives in Chicago she loves this particular coffee so every year around the holidays I mail her a couple of bags for Christmas. They have so many different varieties of coffee, and also if you are premier member I believe it is when you accumulated 120 points you get $10 off of your coffee purchase and in my book that is a big plus, but today I did not get a chance to just walk around the aisles and look at everything I will do that on a future outing and also the customer service was great read more

DON'T go there to have your knives sharpened, went back twice, first time they absolutely were not sharpened, I called the store, without any hesitation they said "bring them back, no charge." which I did to encounter Janet at the counter. She insisted they were sharpened but with a snotty, very unprofessional attitude "sharpened" the knives. Great wine and spirits but get your knives sharpened elsewhere! I worked in customer service for over 30 years and called the store to tell the manager about Janet's poor representation but never received a courtesy call back. read more

The 'surprise' gift basket was never received before Christmas and when following up with the intended recipient one month later (Jan), I found they never received it! Premier blamed FedEx and took no accountability. No apology! I was told they would ship another basket but they would not discount the new basket for the inconvenience, and I was actually 'getting 2 baskets for the price of one'! Unbelievable! Not even a coupon or discount on future purchases? I did reach out to Premier on their web contact link to express my disappointment since this was one employee's action and poor customer interaction. Crickets! No response. This place used to be a gold mine for craft beer. New brews all the time and well stocked. Ken and Ethan knew us by name, top notch service providing recommendations knowing the types of beer we enjoy. After finding out both are gone, the beer section is not the same. Looks like they haven't placed an order in months. Shelves are empty and you're lucky if an employee greets you. Because this beer is only available once a year & in limited quantities I was surprised to find it available here at 2pm. Turkey, brie, and bacon was all I had to see to know that I wanted to snarfle down The Parisian for lunch today. The sandwich was piping hot and gooey. Turkey and bacon were both very good quality and tasted great- I love fresh carved turkey. The bread though... It was a bit chewy and hard to bite through. Almost caused a couple of sandwich-on-wardrobe malfunctions. And though I love brie, I think this should be spread with something other than aioli. With the grease from the cheese and bacon, and probably butter on the bread, something needs to cut the oiliness. What about some fig jam? And top it with a handful of arugula as well? Now there's a sandwich I'd be even happier to eat! As The Parisian stands, I wouldn't order it again. It's simplicity was too oily. Minus one star. After perusing the dessert case, I set my sights on the Chocolate Raspberry Bar. HELLLLLLOOOOOOOOO NURSE! It was so fudgy and deluxe that it made the paper bag clear!!! Scandalous! But like 2 bites and I was done. It was so RICH it made Donald Trump look poor. A couple of complaints... I was hoping they'd have a bigger selection of drinks near the lunch counter. And the drinks they did have were mostly specialty sodas or things I've already tried. And they were expensive compared to Wegman's prices. Minus a half of a star. How about home-brewed unsweetened flavored iced tea and homemade lemonade on fountain? That's something I'd get behind. The girl at the sandwich counter seemed perturbed that I wanted to order food. Selection of beers and ciders is excellent. They haven't been stocking some of our usual products that we drive specifically here to buy. The Stirrings cocktail mixer section was virtually empty. They only had lemon drop-- no margarita which is what we wanted. The chip selection has been scaled back new items have been added but asking $5.99 for a small packet of British crisps is a bit much. My parents come here all the time as loyal customers and I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THEY WERE TREATED today by TERRI B. (-y?, idk because I'm that upset). I very rarely write reviews like this. My parents purchase coffee here all the time and have been coming here for the last almost 2 years. They always rave about this place and I needed a study break so I accompanied them. Products are great and they have a large variety of gourmet products. We were checking out with Teri today and never in my life have I seen a cashier be so rude. Not only was her tone of voice rude but, what she said as we were checking out did not rub well. My dad was waiting for the pin pad to register with the machine, and she asks debit or credit neutrally. He honestly did not hear her because her back was turned, so she turns around and goes "HHHELLLOOO" in the most impatient way possible. And then hands my mom her coupon booklet way in a very aggressive manner. I was bubbling with anger to be honest, but I didn't say anything. Towards the end of our purchase, I think she sensed my mom and I fuming.. tried to make small talk. My father replied but I didn't say a word. If you are going to be that rude at least apologize if you catch yourself. My dad said thank you and we left. I'm actually sitting in the car as my parents continue shopping to write this because I didn't want to forget. I'm not sure if we were mistreated because of what we were wearing (I admit, I looked subhumanoid in my sweats because I have been studying all day since 8am) or our ethnicity or if she was just having a bad day. Either way, it's not acceptable. There was no line either, maybe one or two people at the other register max. Management- I know your store and your products are better than the quality of service we received today. Please make sure that Terri and the rest of the staff are spoken to regarding this situation, I will be sure to bring it to management in person the next time I am in store. Terri- We all have bad days, I understand. But when you work in customer service, you do not lose your patience with a loyal, friendly customer who wants to purchase products from the store you are employed at. There are a couple of good reasons to stop here. They've got a pretty decent beer selection. They have some nice speciality items, like Buffalo themed gifts, local candy, and higher end snacks and candies. Typically when I'm stopping in here it's when I'm looking for a gift. I used to come in for Blue Table truffles but that seems to be a thing of the past. They haven't carried those in quite some time. They do carry a ginger candy that my other half really likes, so that's another primary motivation for stopping in. You can also count on them for some nice coffee, for maple candies, and for marzipan fruit. Mostly the things you get here you can also get at Wegmans. But the selection is slightly different and it's nice to have other options. Overall it's definitely worth stopping in if you're having a party or need a cool gift. read more
