The vegetables, including chestnuts, celery, red pepper green pepper, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and baby corn, were so fresh and tasty! They blended perfectly with the tofu and curry sauce. My friend and I asked for a takeout box because the portions were so large we couldn't finish it all. At first she brought the paper kind but then realized the food had a lot of liquid. She then brought a plastic container to avoid any spills! That was so thoughtful. It's a very soothing Japanese style atmosphere to sit and enjoy the meal. After that there was a cold infused tomato palate cleanser and the second nigiri with "darker" fish. It was all delicious.
