He is so polite, very professional, communicative and take so much pride in his work. He was apprehensive at first to do an outdoor shower for liability purposes, but still came to spec the job, which I really appreciated. He ended up taking the job and was exciting about the challenge and the design and went as far as doing research on how he could make the water valves safe from freezing in the winter. He just went above and beyond every step of the way. I really appreciated the complementary home inspection of all the plumbing inside and outside the house PRIOR to starting any work. That was so smart and so nice and it actually turned out to be a life saver for me when he found a pin hole leak in a pipe underneath my house that had been leaking for weeks! I am not sure anyone else would have found that. Needless to say, he ended up fixing that, saving me a disaster down the road and getting the shower done in two visits. I'm impressed with the finished products and the much improved water quality. I can now do home dialysis where as before there was too much calcium in my water tests. Definitely a home improvement and great guys. Water for showers and clothes/dish washing is notably better.

He was a big part in my decision making. Josh was my installer and I was extemely impressed with his work. He listened to my concerns and didn't hesitate to make some adjustments with the placement of my water softener. The installation was done to perfection, exactly where I wanted the unit installed. The work was neat and clean. I also want to add that I was lucky that Jorge was avaiable to ride a long with Josh and played a big part in installation of the RO system. Updating my review from 2021. Me, I'm the problem. I had to…read morepee in the middle of the night, I flushed and as my hand came up I knocked my tube of mascara into the toilet. I did one of those slow motion "NOoooo"s and lunged but I was too slow. Just dumb, why did I put that there? So This morning - on a (Monday mind you) I called A Steady Flow at 9:42 AM. They returned my call one hour later and it is now 11:44 AM and they have showed up with smiles on their faces, unclogged my toilet and driven away leaving everything clean. Stellar! So call A Steady and I hope your issue gets fixed as quickly as mine did. Sigh, some days we win some (installing the gas line), some days we flush some. (money down the toilet, $110 because they replaced the wax ring and $20 for new mascara.)
