New construction build here with 13 months of experience working with Prime. Rough in plumbing and final plumbing for new build was done as expected. I'm not an inspector or permitting, so I'm communicating results from the plumbing work. My general lens as an owner, does the water run and are there leaks. Called Prime in Feb '25, we had a leak at a bathroom faucet and faulty plunger, booked an appointment and had a plan to inspect. Calls, text and emails, the issue was resolved July 16th. Painful experience to get Prime to get the parts to repair this and it required 4-5 months. When plumber was in house, he was upbeat and positive, I always appreciated that, given the repair timeline. It took a long time, and appreciative this was resolved. 12 months and 2 weeks into the plumbing ownership and a check valve on the inline in my garage leaked and has caused Subfloor, LVP, and wall damage. Tally for repair is adding up quickly and laundry room is unusable at the moment due to the water leak. In summary, the office is solid answering phone, confirming appointments (4 stars) The techs when are in home are focused (4 stars) The results, water leaks and both extensive and costly repairs that have caused inconvenience for our family (1 star) As an Elite Yelper I encourage you to proceed hiring Prime with thoughtful caution (Overall 2 star). read more

The technician and the plumber Gabriel were fantastic. They both focused on what needed to be done The technician informed me that what needed to be done he couldn't do. He said it needed to be done by a plumber He called his office and we rescheduled for the next day Gabriel came the next day and completed the work. As for working with the women that answered my request, not great. Jocelyn was difficult to work with. I called and explained that I forgot I had another appointment for that day and she told me to change the appointment with them. I would have to talk to scheduling. I asked her for the phone number and she informed me I can't give you that. I asked who else can I contact. She said the front office I asked her for that number and she said I can't give you that number. I texted her back and said first you tell me I can't have scheduling's number then you tell me to call the front office and you tell me you can't give me that number either. She then said sorry for the confusion and gave me the front office number. I called the office number and asked for scheduling and was informed that her and Jocelyn were the front office and scheduling. I explained what just happened with Jocelyn and I. She apologized for the misunderstanding and rescheduled my appointment to the following day. If it wasn't for the outstanding work that Gabriel did I wouldn't have anything good to say. Jocelyn needs to be informed that when she is talking or texting with the perspective customer she is the face of the company she works for. She was very condescending to me. If I hadn't needed to get this job finished I would've canceled any service with them. Gabriel did such a good job that I will recommend them. Had Guy out to install two items that we had purchased from a Plumbing Store and then decided we did not want to install ourselves. I know some companies won't even do this. Prime Plumbing had no problem with it. Guy was here for a few hours and did another wonderful, perfect job. Left everything clean and tidy and made sure the bidet and the new faucet were working as they should. He is so thorough and so careful and even removes all the debris that came with the items that was not his problem. the price was very reasonable, even my husband had no problem with the pricing and he tends to be frugal. We needed help a few years back. We called Prime Plumbing and Oh Boy was that the right choice. Ponciano was very knowledgeable and Professional. We thought of him when we needed more to be done. What started as an investigation into a flooded basement became a two day odyssey into the ways old drain systems are installed. Travis showed up late in the day on our emergency call and worked his tail off trying to locate the source of the blockage in our drain. When it became clear that he did not have the necessary equipment with him, he called for help and apologetically left for the evening, promising to return the next day with bigger equipment and help. Sure enough, Don showed up with Travis the very next day with some mondo snake stuff and a bigger camera. It still took some time, but we eventually discovered that our house's sewer line was connected to the neighbor's line. Fortunately the blockage was nearer to our house or the neighbor would be dealing with a flooded basement as well. Once the blockage was discovered it was short work to remove it and end up with everything flowing smoothly. Travis and Don were engaging, fun, and professional. While I hope to never need their services again I sure am glad to have met these guys. read more
