Had a fantastic experience with Beacon Plumbing. I initially contacted them for a request that ended up not being needed upon their review, but the technician, Josh, still went above and beyond throughout. He was very professional throughout, and took time to explain everything and provide clear evidence to support his recommendations. Josh also took the time and initiative to help track down filters for our kitchen water filter and figure out the appropriate specifications on the frequency of replacement, and a quote for doing the work if we wanted further assistance. read more

We requested an estimate for a new interlock on our electrical panel. They were very prompt in arriving to our home and the estimate was free. They were very professional and answered all our questions and gave us a reasonable estimate. I have nothing but good things to say about Beacon. Thank you, Jesse and Coller. read more

Oh my gosh - wish I could give 10 stars!! Marc from Beacon came out to take a look at my water heater. Super nice, explained it perfectly, extremely thorough. Especially liked that he didn't talk over my head...made it easy for me to understand. Very open and honest! Definitely look forward to doing future business with Marc and Beacon!! read more

They were very professional. I had a small issue and they corrected it immediately. I appreciated it very much.

Outstanding response time and service. I appreciate businesses that honor service quotes and provide great service and Beacon Plumbing is a great example. Jonathan was efficient, friendly and fair. Connected the gas line to my outdoor BBQ on a Saturday! Great value too. read more

I wanted to update my review to reflect the above and beyond effort that both Jenn and Patrick made after my experience. My original experience was frustrating, but I want to recognize Beacon's owner, Patrick, for reaching out personally and taking my concerns seriously. He investigated what happened, implemented changes internally and showed genuine concern for us as a client. While the initial experience wasn't what I expected, I appreciate a company that takes accountability and works to make things right. I look forward to working with Beacon again in the future! Thanks again. read more

Well, we got a service agreement with them and we'll see how that goes this year. I'm concerned that the prices might be a little high so we'll see how that goes but overall very professional and looking forward to doing business with them. read more

I wasn't told up front that the visit would be expensive. They were late outside of the window that they were supposed to come in. They checked my electrical and gave me a hefty price tag for the job I wanted done. I said no thank you. read more

We were told by one company last year during a tuneup that our furnace motors wouldn't last the winter. Our AC wasn't working its best this year and my fiancé got a diagnosis from another company that said we needed EVERYTHING replaced, even though our AC is only 3 years old. He said our furnace ruined our AC. We wanted a second opinion and a quote for a new furnace so I put a feeler out on Yelp and Beacon was one of the first companies to respond. We scheduled an appointment and they were flexible with my busy schedule. Turns out our furnace while old is working fine just needed a new filter and the ac needed a new part, that looked like it had been tampered with...Beacon saved us thousands and such a headache. Thank you for the honest and reliable service! John M. was professional, courteous, and got to the root of our issue! When it comes time for a tune up and/or for a new furnace we know who we are calling...probably all our plumbing needs too! read more

Fast, efficient and explained every step of the way. He showed up with the right tools for the job and completed the work in a timely manner. read more

Very friendly when they came out. Quoted me $1800 for two light changes. The other company who quoted us did it for $200. I feel like Beacon was way overpriced and trying to take advantage of us. read more

Beacon did some electrical work for us. They responded most immediately when I posted the request for bids. Jesse came out and did the estimate and did the work. Very professional, did exactly what he said he would do. Price was fair and did not change. I will definitely reach out to Beacon first next time I have a need! read more

Theyv were easy to contact, came same day for an estimate and their estimate was 1/2 of what several others were. They came the next day to complete the work and were considerate, informative, and so family oriented it was a huge Blessing! We would highly recomend them!! Their work was perfect too! read more

Beacon plumbing is awesome! Had a plumbing emergency and the tech came out same day and too great care of us! Would definitely call Beacon Plumbing in the future and recommend to everyone I know! read more

We discovered a leak in a backflow valve at our office building on a recent Saturday. Beacon sent 2 plumbers. They said they couldn't completely fix it but said the leaks were stabilized and that they would call back Monday AM with an estimate to rebuild vs. replace the valves. Turns out the leak wasn't fixed and they didn't call. I think they forgot about us. We did have someone else fix it several days later. On the plus side, Patrick called us once he found out what happened and was apologetic and very generous, refunding our payment. Mistakes happen and a good measure of any business is how they take care of mistakes. Patrick did the right thing and we appreciate him for that. read more

I super appreciate Beacon Plumbing. My main sewer line backed up on a Sunday and they were able to come out within a couple of hours and fix the issue for a very reasonable price. Alex was professional, took the time to explain the problem, and showed pictures of the problem area within the plumbing. I really hope I won't have plumbing emergencies in the future, but if I do, I know who to call. read more

Our water service line sprung a leak that was flooding our yard. I dug down to find the leak, and when i did, the pipe was an old material that would have to be replaced or else it would just keep breaking. Beacon plumbing came on short notice late in the evening and installed a temporary fix so we could have water for the night. The next morning, they began replacing the water line. That part went well, but in the process, they had used an excavator to dig for access to where the water line connects to the house in a spot adjacent to our sprinkler manifold box, and the manifold broke and began leaking. I had asked them to fix it, but they denied it having anything to do with the work they had done. They were using large equipment to dig a hole so close to the sprinkler manifold box that the side of the box was exposed. It wouldn't have bothered me if they had just fixed it, but they completely refused to do anything about having damaged my irrigation system until i got a quote from another company for fixing it that said it'd be $700, and I had just spent $8500 getting the water line fixed. Then they sent someone out to fix it, but the patch job they did on the sprinkler manifold began leaking again within a week. I didn't want to let this leak go on right next to the foundation of my house while I argued with them some more, and I didnt want my yard to die, so I just hired another company to take out the crappy repair beacon did and put in a new manifold. On the one hand, I appreciate that they came on short notice and fixed the water line to my house. I don't appreciate the fact that they damaged my irrigation system in the process, and I really don't appreciate how much I had to fight them to get them to fix their mistake. Getting them to even attempt to fix the irrigation manifold took weeks, and I still had to hire someone else to do it. I probably won't use beacon again if I can get another company to do what I need. read more

UPDATE: After filing a complaint with the BBB, I finally received a call back from customer service. They did agree to refund a portion of the fee and I appreciate that. However, the response from Beacon is incorrect - the technician did not clear the line; it was my father-in-law who was finally able to clear the line. I will say that Beacon's customer service was very interested in helping make my bad experience better. read more

We have never hired a plumber prior to today, but I'm glad we did. Joe was awesome! This was by far the best service experience we have ever experienced. Joe was friendly, extremely efficient and we will certainly use Beacon again. Joe did an unbelievable job representing your company. read more
