Unfortunately, we recently experienced a leak from the system (which was not due to any fault of their installation or work). Because I was leaving town the next day, I needed the issue resolved urgently. Their plumber arrived within the hour, immediately fixed the problem, and provided very helpful information on our plumbing. I've been highly impressed with their work and customer service, and highly recommend them. I will definitely be a long-term customer.

I had a very badly clogged kitchen drain. I had already had someone (a handyman) come out and tried to unclog it...didn't work. I learned a valuable lesson. This is why you call an actual plumber who knows what and how to fix the problem. Within about 30 minutes, my sink was cleared and ready for use. He gave me some helpful tips on how to keep it that way as well. He kept everything clean and dry and cleaned up before leaving. I was very impressed. And most of all...he didn't gouge me. The price was very reasonable. If I had called him first, I could have saved myself the money I paid the handyman (he was there for almost 3 hours...I had to give him something for his time...ugh). If you have plumbing issues, call McDaniel Plumbing!
