When a Costco refrigerator delivery exposed a water leak in the refrigerator line, it became an emergency situation because the refrigerator couldn't be installed until the leak was fixed. Jesse came right out, handled the repair quickly and professionally, and did not charge an emergency fee. While he was there, he also found and repaired a leak to the dishwasher at a very fair price and even fixed a leaking tub issue at no charge, which really speaks to his integrity. More recently, when my water softener started having issues, Jesse stopped by just to turn it off so it would stop recycling -- again with no service charge. He later installed a brand-new water softener, with excellent workmanship, very reasonable pricing, and his usual friendly, easygoing personality. It's rare to find someone who is skilled, honest, responsive, and genuinely kind. Jesse is all of that. Adam Stoesser responded to our call and provided excellent, on time and friendly service.. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected the sink area and verified the seal had not yet caused leaks. We opted to have a new faucet installed instead of replacing the seal.
