He is so polite, very professional, communicative and take so much pride in his work. He was apprehensive at first to do an outdoor shower for liability purposes, but still came to spec the job, which I really appreciated. He ended up taking the job and was exciting about the challenge and the design and went as far as doing research on how he could make the water valves safe from freezing in the winter. He just went above and beyond every step of the way. I really appreciated the complementary home inspection of all the plumbing inside and outside the house PRIOR to starting any work. That was so smart and so nice and it actually turned out to be a life saver for me when he found a pin hole leak in a pipe underneath my house that had been leaking for weeks! I am not sure anyone else would have found that. Needless to say, he ended up fixing that, saving me a disaster down the road and getting the shower done in two visits.
