This year, they've cancelled the first appointment to install new filters, and today simply no-showed. I waited all morning for someone to show up for the 9-10am appointment. I called the office around 10:30 and had to leave a message. When I called back about an hour later, I was asked to reschedule. They offered the familiar lame excuses that have been commonplace. Follow-up and follow-through are not their strengths. Sloppy and unreliable are how I would describe them. There is nothing special they have to offer, and their products are easily available at big box hardware stores. Save yourself the frustration and inflated price, and look elsewhere for these services. Absolutely not recommended.

Unfortunately, we recently experienced a leak from the system (which was not due to any fault of their installation or work). Because I was leaving town the next day, I needed the issue resolved urgently. Their plumber arrived within the hour, immediately fixed the problem, and provided very helpful information on our plumbing. I've been highly impressed with their work and customer service, and highly recommend them. I will definitely be a long-term customer.

I had a very badly clogged kitchen drain. I had already had someone (a handyman) come out and tried to unclog it...didn't work. I learned a valuable lesson. This is why you call an actual plumber who knows what and how to fix the problem. Within about 30 minutes, my sink was cleared and ready for use. He gave me some helpful tips on how to keep it that way as well. He kept everything clean and dry and cleaned up before leaving. I was very impressed. And most of all...he didn't gouge me. The price was very reasonable. If I had called him first, I could have saved myself the money I paid the handyman (he was there for almost 3 hours...I had to give him something for his time...ugh). I received a text message introducing my technician when he was on his way. Preston A. showed up with a big smile and laid out a mat on my front porch. He explained what to expect and got right to work. While he was working, I asked him a dozen questions, and with a ton of personality, he took the time to answer each one. If an explanation was needed, he provided it. After replacing the air filter and closing everything up, he offered a coupon for a free tune-up in the fall! I'm sure this isn't always the case, but what great customer service! There were no big upsells, and the price was as advertised. It's nice to get what you expect these days because every company seems to be trying to upsell everything and get you to buy things you don't need. These guys were exactly as advertised and did a great job. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

The leak originated directly from the alkaline filter he installed, causing extensive damage to my cabinets and flooring.
