There people were awesome, they don't turn the electric off every time the wind blows and they did something else that truly gut punched me- they sent me a "welcome to the neighborhood gift box". It was really awesome as it contained super high efficiency light bulbs, a little book on how to reduce usage, a night light and even a welcome card. Truly can't ask more out of an electric company. I provided all documents to the gas company showing that the payment was made and has cleared my bank. This was on the 15th of March. So i have been waiting for the electronic refund since then. Well i got a call yesterday from customer service saying that i wont be getting an electronic refund because the bank info is incomplete. I explained the bank sent what they can and keep stuff secure. Well now i have to wait 10 business days then if the electronic payment i made to them clears. Then they will send me a paper check and should have it in 2 weeks. This seems like they just want to hold my money instead of do the correct and right thing by issuing my refund. Oh and the electronic payment cannot be reversed because the system removes the money from my account and into Bill Pay system and pay the payment. So Gas company quit dragging your feet and return my almost $3000. Please.

There was a one day delay due to weather. Clearly not their fault. And, we had to delay one day due to sprinkler problems. They were understanding and started again the following day. The co-owner was here everyday they were working on the project and not just to oversee it but to actually work along with his crew. They also clean up everyday when they are finished for the day and when the job was done they washed down our driveway, sidewalk, and gutters. March brought the severe winds that blew off some of our roof's shingles. We asked Idaho Reroof and…read moreRepair for bids on 1) repairing the roof and 2) re-shingling over the existing shingles and 3) tearing off the existing shingles and re-shingling. Since our shingles were almost 25 years old and we wanted to 'do right' by our house, we went ahead with a tear-off and re-shingle. Our bid cost was for 30-year architectural laminated fiberglass shingles from Pabco. The work was done with a 4-man team and took 2 days--1 for the tear-off, a few repairs and new underlayment, and 1 day for the full re-shingling. We were told full re-roofing could be done in 1 day, but for us there was a delay with the delivery of the shingle bundles which spread the work to the second day. "Doing it right" is the first phrase I want to highlight about the work Idaho Reroof and Repair did for us. At each step of the process, they paid attention to the details and what the roof required (whether expected or not), they implemented. We were kept in the loop and asked about decisions as the work progressed. The second description I want to pass along is "Integrity Counts". From the initial "look-see" about the roof, to the estimate, to answering questions, to the work, to clean-up, to follow-up.....the team embodied that work ethic.

So considering the dreary days these folks have to endure I'm inclined to give a high rating just for showing up to work every day. I was stunned at how many people they process every hour. There is a smaller, "express" DMV just a mile or so away. Almost every client I saw was very young so don't know what's going on in Boise. Their processes are highly automated and reasonably efficient. They get you in and out fairly quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The staff are clearly not happy people but I'd chalk that up more to their environment than anything else. Once they punch out and hit the bar with friends they could well be the life of the party. The Ada County Sheriff has done a very good job building an efficient operation so kudos and five starts for that.
