This definitely made it easy to talk to him and made the service feel personal. I had originally called because I woke up to my cat eating a mouse! I freaked out and called Scherzinger. They were prompt in their response and their pricing was super reasonable!! Barack came out to my home and did a thorough inspection. He didn't find any evidence of nesting mice (thank goodness!) , but did find areas of where it could have entered. He also handled my kitchen ant problem! I was able to take his recommendations for improvements - filling gaps in my crawl space and trimming my tree in the front yard - and succeeded in preventing more from entering my home. Will have to be the first to write a review on this business, will make it short and sweet, around…read moremid summer we set up an appointment with these prokill pest control for residential bugs such as ants , roaches , spiders, anything that you can find in your house, the initial cost was high 175$$$$$$$ but came with a 90 bug warrant (so they said) less than 90 days later I called prokill the guy I spoke to said oh yeah I remember your order and confirmed I was within my 90 day warranty however said it's now fall so there are more bugs roaming around and it's not covered under prokill 90 bug free warranty and to come back out for a spray would be another 100$$$$$ so basically 275$ a quarter!!! This is very expensive bug control that only worked for just barely over 3-4 weeks, we started to notice bugs coming back about a month after we had the spray done but didn't call them back until around the 8-9 week time, so I really hope you Ohio folks start to use online reviews so everyone can see what a crook this prokill place is

Now that the "negatives" are out of the way, I can state that these folks are professionals and good at what they do. Within a half hour, they'd figured out a plan of attack and began executing it. Ten minutes after that, the first squirrel was caged and out of my life. We are still in Phase 1 of squirrel removal, but I will update this review as the process continues. Side note: the two gentlemen they sent out were veterans. I buy American when I can and fully support businesses who go out of their way to hire our veterans. UPDATE: 10-30-2019 A year later and still squirrel free. These guys are great. I highly recommend them.
