DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. At first, they'll seem great, but it is all a weirdly manipulative facade. They sell you on their service, but then change the rules. We were loyal customers for 9 years, then, they changed what types of weeds are included in their lawn service. For a particular weed (nutsedge, which until last year had been controlled in our lawn by this same service), they decided to start charging extra, telling us that their normal weed control juice does not kill nutsedge (it does). THEN, we literally watched service tech spray our lawn INTENTIONALLY AVOIDING THE AREAS AFFECTED BY NUTSEDGE. This in itself didn't lead me to post a negative review, but it did lead me to cancelling the service. Only they didn't cancel the service. Now they've started up again and refuse to refund the charges for this new season even though we canceled last May. All the other reviews look positive? Of course... They deleted my negative review on another site within an hour or two of posting. So not only are their business practices questionable, they also "polish" their reviews, their Facebook page, and who knows what else so that everything looks pretty and shiny. They were great until they weren't. Once you have a dispute with them, customer service goes from kind and nice to nasty venom. Beware, no matter how good Royse seems at first. (Their scathing response to this review will show you how they deal with customers as soon as an issue is raised.) read more

Excellent all around! Support a local family-owned business that delivers an excellent product at fair prices. I hired Royse this year after my lawn care company changed hands. Highly recommend! read more

Terrible products. Deplorable customer service. After five treatments from Royse, my lawn looked terrible and was covered with weeds. I called and inquired if something could be done. They said an additional treatment would be necessary, and that it would cost another $73. I agreed because I wanted the weeds gone. After they came and sprayed, a note and invoice were left behind. The note indicated that they didn't think the weeds were treatable, and that nothing would happen. So why charge me $73 for something that would have no effect? After another two weeks I called and cancelled their services. The next day they showed up and sprayed weed killer on my lawn. So now not only did I have weeds, but dead yellow grass spots as well. At least before the lawn was all green. I didn't request this from them. In fact I had already cancelled their services. Our relationship was over. Two weeks later I had to hire another lawn service to re-seed my entire lawn for $400. I do not recommend using Royse at all. With so many other lawn businesses out there, you'd think they'd use customer service as a means of retaining customers and setting themselves apart from the competition. read more

This place is great. Worth every penny. Love that it's family owned and operated. Will never use anyone else.

Having used lawn services for many years I am glad to say Royse Lawn Services are the best. If I have a question I can talk to a real person, always checking and maintaining my yard, and maybe as important is Eddie Kelly. He is the ultimate professional as he answers any questions, makes excellent suggestions and does all this with a smile. read more

Our lawn has never looked better. Royse has been treating our lawn for 3 years. We had bald spots, crab grass, tons of weeds, and now after their hard work, our lawn is lush, thick, green, and weed free! We added mosquito treatment last year. It made a huge difference! Now we can enjoy outside with less risk of zika! Every employee has been professional and kind. We've used other services in the past, but none hold a candle to Royse! read more

I was referred to Royse Lawn Care by a neighbor who's lawn I have always thought looked great. Royse Lawn Care has exceeded my expectations at a reasonable price. My grass is thicker, healthier, greener than ever before due to their care but also due to their education and knowledge on how to properly maintain my lawn. There are other outfits in the area but the reviews speak for themselves. I have now also referred 3 other people to Royse who are very pleased with the results! read more

Amazing work, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have a 4 year old that always leaves toys in the yard. Before every treatment they walk the yard and collect his toys, and remove any fallen branches. Taking the extra time to do the small things means so much to my wife and I. I've used Royse lawn care for 3 years and my yard is weed free, lucious, and always the greenest on the block! read more

I've been extremely happy with this company. Prior to Royse Lawn Care, I've had Scott's and Trugreen. (Hated them both) To me, neither of these companies compare to Royse Lawn Care. It's nice having a local company and being able to make a call if you have a problem. This is my second year with Royse and I can already tell a huge difference, and can't wait to see what this year brings! read more

We have used Royse for 6 years to apply all of our fertilizer needs which keeps our lawn looking healthy and weed free. We prepay once a year and then let them take care of everything from there. They arrive many times throughout the season on a predetermined schedule and always leave suggestions and explanations as to what each application is for. This is a professional company with excellent service and work quality. read more
