This definitely made it easy to talk to him and made the service feel personal. I had originally called because I woke up to my cat eating a mouse! I freaked out and called Scherzinger. They were prompt in their response and their pricing was super reasonable!! Barack came out to my home and did a thorough inspection. He didn't find any evidence of nesting mice (thank goodness!) , but did find areas of where it could have entered. He also handled my kitchen ant problem! I was able to take his recommendations for improvements - filling gaps in my crawl space and trimming my tree in the front yard - and succeeded in preventing more from entering my home. He continued to come to my home until the problem was resolved and then quarterly for maintenance. Again, as mentioned above Barack is amazing!
