After a big, dead swarm was found yesterday, and we confirmed they were in fact termites, I freaked out, and I called any and all exterminator I could find on Google. Pest All showed up the SAME day, and during our conversation, the gentleman helped me to discover I actually had a contract with ANOTHER company from the previous owner treating the home. Instead of leaving, he continued to inspect our entire home to calm my nerves. Pest All didn't take a dime, and sure enough, I called the other company and the contract is valid for 3 more years, transferable to me, and they will be out to treat this week for next to nothing. Such a classy way to run business. I am truly sad not to give them our business, but SO thankful for the "for the customer" mentality.

I had tried the Raid Ant Gel which normally works but wasn't cutting it this year. He came the next day, he would have come that day but our schedules didn't work. He sprayed everywhere inside and outside even the second floor. All the ants were gone within two hours and I haven't seen one since. He was very nice and was reasonable. I will definitely use him again the next time I have a problem. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a routine service plan in that we really only need this done every 5 years or so.

For the first few years of service, they were great and consistent. I would NOT recommend this company if you are wanting to start a new service. The last time someone came to my property to check the bait traps was in March 2023, I paid for service renewal after for 2024, and no one checked or rebated the traps in 2024. I called to have someone come out and check the traps and to reinstate my service and it has been a complete runaround. Technicians have come out to my property two times over the past couple of weeks, but didn't rebait the traps because of the payment issue. I paid for a service that was never rendered in 2024 and consequentially 2025. They initially tried to get me to pay for a complete new install even though the bait traps are still installed, and I already paid for service renewal. When I provided evidence of the payment I retrieved the check number and the date it was cashed by OPC/Ace) with no service they said someone from central offices would give me a call. I have called this place multiple times over several weeks, the offices that handle payments do not call back. I have received no further communication when I was told the latest I would hear back was by the end of last week. So much of my time has been wasted calling this place with resolution. Additionally I tried to set up an online account- I have the same account number as someone in another city and I can log in and see their info! I let the company know and they were able to get me to log into my actual account, but I can still log into this other person's account and I want my info to be removed from the other account.
