Spoke to The owner Jason on the phone, told me he would come out and help with a chipmunk problem…read moresaid the cost would be $200. When he arrived we discussed how he would put a chemical in the holes and put out two traps. He also said he did not charge per animal. Nothing further was ever discussed. Leaving me to believe he would take care of everything. When he finished spraying and putting out the traps I Wrote him a personal check for $214. Afterwards I never received an appropriate invoice or receipt. The next day both traps were filled one with A dead squirrel and one with a live chipmunk. I called him to notify and he said he'd be out to reset traps never mentioning there was a cost to do so. So again I could only assume that was part of the $200. Since then I received an invoice and a threat to pay immediately. Tried to discuss a reasonable outcome but communication ceased on his part. Now that the "negatives" are out of the way, I can state that these folks are professionals and good at what they do. Within a half hour, they'd figured out a plan of attack and began executing it. Ten minutes after that, the first squirrel was caged and out of my life. We are still in Phase 1 of squirrel removal, but I will update this review as the process continues. Side note: the two gentlemen they sent out were veterans. I buy American when I can and fully support businesses who go out of their way to hire our veterans. UPDATE: 10-30-2019 A year later and still squirrel free. These guys are great. I highly recommend them.
