Awesome customer service with outstanding communication!!…read more After reaching out to several companies to treat carpenter bees on our deck (on a Sunday of a holiday weekend no less), Ampulex not only answered but they took the time to address my long list of questions and concerns about treatment options since we have our kids, pets, and other home projects scheduled long term... Other companies who returned our messages a few days later not only had higher estimates but just seemed so pushy to schedule an appointment to even answer my questions... While on-site they were very thorough and friendly with taking the time to really explain everything in more detail and even pointing out other mild concerns around our home... I feel confident that the job was done right and I will not hesitate to recommend Ampulex and use them again for any future needs!!! AGAIN THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB START TO FINISH!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

He had also serviced the former owners of our new house, so he was familiar with the house, which made his work quick! Now, I have found two small paper wasp nests in the shrubbery at my front door, so probably same nests WITH wasps. I think the tech just knocked them into the shrubbery, also a new nest forming in the same exact place. Charged me $250 service - not willing to pay a second time when their treatment for wasps was not effective - just moved the nests. Find a different exterminator - terrible customer service Camile.

They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!
