Now that the "negatives" are out of the way, I can state that these folks are professionals and good at what they do. Within a half hour, they'd figured out a plan of attack and began executing it. Ten minutes after that, the first squirrel was caged and out of my life. We are still in Phase 1 of squirrel removal, but I will update this review as the process continues. Side note: the two gentlemen they sent out were veterans. I buy American when I can and fully support businesses who go out of their way to hire our veterans. He determined our issue is most likely one of outside bugs coming in rather than an infestation that he could treat and we decided that the best course of action is to do nothing on the inside. He threw in a treatment on the outside perimeter for free and gave us a lot of good tips for managing the situation (we live in the woods). Either way, as soon as I requested the quote I started being harassed by 2 or 3 different phone numbers. I've received rude texts and emails from the company. I have them blocked & have received calls for the past 3 days. I basically asked if they're so hard up for business that harassment was normal and got a shitty response & 2 long text messages in response. The reviews on the BBB website helped make my decision based on the yearly contract before the dedicated sales harassment team started their shenanigans. I've got all the screenshots. The Matt T leaving reviews here & and other places is the owner. Megan is the main one who keeps contacting relentlessly claiming its just part of sales job. She has a lousy attitude.
