He determined our issue is most likely one of outside bugs coming in rather than an infestation that he could treat and we decided that the best course of action is to do nothing on the inside. He threw in a treatment on the outside perimeter for free and gave us a lot of good tips for managing the situation (we live in the woods). Then he also said I would need to have a brand new chimney cap. I asked him if he would look at mine first, the screen was pushed back. He was very condescending, told me he had been doing this for 20 years, he knew sight unseen I needed a new one. He said cant repair it, it is a fire hazard. I called the chimney sweep who did it for 100!!! Removed a ginormous racoon and resecured the screen on my custom made chimney cap. Don't jump on this company, it is a rip off.

They were also educating me on general rodent patterns on first meeting. We decided after a scheduled evaluation of our home to hire them for exclusion services to prevent any mice from entering our home and correct some work that was previously done. Huntsman Wildlife did excellent work and were so communicative on scheduling and status of the project, which was much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing pest control services and prevention.

Now that the "negatives" are out of the way, I can state that these folks are professionals and good at what they do. Within a half hour, they'd figured out a plan of attack and began executing it. Ten minutes after that, the first squirrel was caged and out of my life. We are still in Phase 1 of squirrel removal, but I will update this review as the process continues. Side note: the two gentlemen they sent out were veterans. I buy American when I can and fully support businesses who go out of their way to hire our veterans. UPDATE: 10-30-2019 A year later and still squirrel free. These guys are great. I highly recommend them.
