We called Huntsman Wildlife to help us prevent our annual fall mouse invasion. I actually…read moreapproached two employees who were working on a neighbors home to ask about services and they were so friendly and helpful. They were also educating me on general rodent patterns on first meeting. We decided after a scheduled evaluation of our home to hire them for exclusion services to prevent any mice from entering our home and correct some work that was previously done. Huntsman Wildlife did excellent work and were so communicative on scheduling and status of the project, which was much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing pest control services and prevention.

Instead, the initial inspection and meeting took less than 20 minutes, and the attic, wall, and full roofline were not thoroughly inspected. After the trapping attempts were unsuccessful, we specifically requested that the attic be inspected or that the inspection device discussed during the initial sales call be used to look through the wall. Those requests were denied. (Side note - Spoke with another inspector/exterminator who asked, "What kind of person in this industry wouldn't go in the attic?") Approximately three weeks after the trapping attempts had failed, they inspected the remaining portion of the roofline and identified a location where they believed animals may be entering. This area had not been identified during the initial inspection. In addition, a previously covered opening in the fascia was uncovered and then covered again with another piece after the trapping attempts were unsuccessful. The original covering had been functioning and was not the source of the problem. The estimate specified exclusion work. No exclusion work was performed in that area, and we were left to assume it was never actually needed.
