Redwine did the same BUT where he other two places said to destroy the piece, the gentleman at Redwine knew that the beetles could not get into anything that was finished and gave me a solid home remedy and specific instructions.

After reviewing pictures of the bugs that we took, as well as a wing that was left behind, and not seeing any damage or bugs out, he determined it very unlikely we had termites. He inspected the rest of the perimeter & basement for any other sign of pest trouble. When asked if they deal with moles, he informed me in certain areas they do but not in my part of Northern, KY. Instead he gave me tips on how to rid the yard of moles doing it on my own. At the end of the inspection he gave me some sticky boards for the cave crickets we occasionally get in the basement. He wouldn't take any money for those or the consultation. Top notch customer service that comes off as trustworthy as they get

Awesome customer service with outstanding communication!!…read more After reaching out to several companies to treat carpenter bees on our deck (on a Sunday of a holiday weekend no less), Ampulex not only answered but they took the time to address my long list of questions and concerns about treatment options since we have our kids, pets, and other home projects scheduled long term... Other companies who returned our messages a few days later not only had higher estimates but just seemed so pushy to schedule an appointment to even answer my questions... While on-site they were very thorough and friendly with taking the time to really explain everything in more detail and even pointing out other mild concerns around our home... I feel confident that the job was done right and I will not hesitate to recommend Ampulex and use them again for any future needs!!! AGAIN THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB START TO FINISH!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. At first, they'll seem great, but it is all a weirdly…read moremanipulative facade. They sell you on their service, but then change the rules. We were loyal customers for 9 years, then, they changed what types of weeds are included in their lawn service. For a particular weed (nutsedge, which until last year had been controlled in our lawn by this same service), they decided to start charging extra, telling us that their normal weed control juice does not kill nutsedge (it does). THEN, we literally watched service tech spray our lawn INTENTIONALLY AVOIDING THE AREAS AFFECTED BY NUTSEDGE. This in itself didn't lead me to post a negative review, but it did lead me to cancelling the service. Only they didn't cancel the service. Now they've started up again and refuse to refund the charges for this new season even though we canceled last May. All the other reviews look positive? Of course... They deleted my negative review on another site within an hour or two of posting. So not only are their business practices questionable, they also "polish" their reviews, their Facebook page, and who knows what else so that everything looks pretty and shiny. They were great until they weren't. Once you have a dispute with them, customer service goes from kind and nice to nasty venom. Beware, no matter how good Royse seems at first. (Their scathing response to this review will show you how they deal with customers as soon as an issue is raised.)

If you have a big job do not work with Doogie's…read more I hired them to deal with a mouse infestation and while they did an adequate job cleaning, they did not deal with the infestation in any meaningful way. They did not complete any of the things listed in their own proposal, mislead me into thinking that I needed to pay the whole cost upfront, and were incredibly unprofessional with communicating arrival times. The inspection was not thorough at all, they ignored several rooms and did not inspect the outside of the house at all. They did not remove all of the junk, they did not sanitize the whole house, they did literally zero functional sealing (they completely ignored every room but one on the first floor, and the entire basement) and the 4 traps they laid out in the open caught zero mice. They also threw away a whole bunch of things they didn't need too like all of the spices from our spice rack, an unopened gallon of cooking oil and several unopened containers of chicken stock. They also destroyed one of our mops by using a wood floor mop on bricks and destroyed a vegetable scrubber by using it to clean the stovetop. They left an air scrubber in our house and said they would be by last Friday to pick it up, no timeframe, eventually I message them and they say they will be there 3:30-4:30. At 5:30 I call them because they still have not shown up. The owner asks if she can send her sister at some undisclosed time to pick it up. I reply that no she can come pick it up in person Saturday at 1 (another time they said they could be available) Her sister shows up anyways at 7:30 slamming her fist into my door until I just give her back the scrubber. TLDR: don't work with Doogie's, they won't do the job, they won't communicate times well, and they will charge you full price.
