They were prompt in their response and their pricing was super reasonable!! Barack came out to my home and did a thorough inspection. He didn't find any evidence of nesting mice (thank goodness!) , but did find areas of where it could have entered. He also handled my kitchen ant problem! I was able to take his recommendations for improvements - filling gaps in my crawl space and trimming my tree in the front yard - and succeeded in preventing more from entering my home. That should not happen when you have an extermination company that's been spraying. This has happened a lot too! They are real nice when I call and tell them, but I shouldn't have to call. I shouldn't have ants. I have one payment left on my contract (that I didn't even know I signed) and then I'm done with them. I'm going to treat the bugs myself and save a whole lot of money.
