He immediately was able to determine it was a squirrel and proceeded to figure out the best way to capture him. After using his ladders to climb up on our very steep roof, he set a trap inside the chimney. He pulled off the chimney cap and repaired where the squirrel had broken the wire. He then walked the outside of our house and showed us places that needed our attention to repair to keep critters away. We also had issues with bats so that was very helpful and in fact he spotted a where a bat was perhaps living!! He returned as promised three days later only to listen and hear the squirrel was still alive. He returned three days later as we did not hear the squirrel and he went up on our roof and pulled the trap up empty!! He was able to put a camera inside our chimney and the darn squirrel was still breathing !!! He returned three days later and the squirrel had passed and he removed him. He then climbed up to the second story window shutter and found the freaking bat !!!! He repaired the loose shutter so the bat could not return. I cannot say enough good things about Doak. They did a great job. They were dependable, communicated very well about when they were coming, what times, etc. they were super quiet and left the house clean every night when they left. Great bunch of people , personable, friendly. They painted out entire inside of our house, they did caulking and minor drywall repairs. Everything looked great when they were done. I recommended Chris and lucky 7 to a neighbor. I would have them back again when I need paining done.

Rob turned our outdated home into a modern home complemented by everyone who sees it - he remodeled our bathrooms, kitchen, closets and a few other odds and ends. We were out of town for most of our remodel which we wouldn't have been able to do if Rob hadn't gone above and beyond in helping us do things we couldn't do remotely. They were on time very professional, very detail oriented, very kind to my pets. I had house settling that caused a little crack on the side of one of my ceiling beams months after they painted.
