Called and setup an inspection. Mike Patton and his team set up everything via email, phone and text which really nice because we're moving to the area and couldn't be there. Before he began the inspection, Mike called to see if we had any specific concerns. He also answered questions about current construction standards. They also took care of the termite and radon inspections which made it easier so we didn't have to contact other inspectors. Copies of the reports all came by email with a link to the reports the next day. The radon test took a little longer but still came really quickly. Highly recommend AA Home Inspection. Booking was extremely easy over the phone, they allowed me to attend the inspection, and walked me through any issues during the inspection. The experience from start to finish was impressive, thorough, and professional. I contacted AA Home Inspection via their website to make an appointment over Labor day weekend. I didn't expect to get any sort of response until after the Holiday. However, within the hour, I received an email from the manager Michael Patton. He responded with a quote and was able to confirm an inspection time. From there he did the rest with scheduling. The day before the inspection, I received a link to a portal where I was able to pay via credit card in advance (if chose to -- check was also an option). The day of the inspection, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my inspector, Darrin Bachman, was already scoping out the property when I arrived. He greeted me and asked if I had any initial concerns. After my first set of questions, he continued with his inspection of the property, roof, and then the interior. The inspection lasted around hours. He was extremely thorough and explained things in a way that I could understand. Very knowledgable. Later that evening I received an electronic report and summary of the inspection. And wow! Talk about detailed! it was definitely a cut above the rest. I would highly recommend AA Inspection without hesitation. (Also, I noticed Darrin was very respectful of the property too.
