I also appreciate that he walked us through every item he was putting on the inspection report. It was extremely detailed and I think it would have very overwhelming if we hadn't already discussed all the items with him. We are thrilled to be going into our new home (hopefully!) with a solid understanding of the work that needs done now, soon and in the near future. Thank you John! Also, the cost of the ABI inspection was very reasonable and included the pest inspection. We did have a mold tape test done and while it took a while to get results and we went back and forth about an air test, I did feel like John and Steve had my family's best well being in mind. Also thanks to James at the office who fielded my many calls.

I will certainly be recommending his company to friends and family in the area should they need an inspector.

We have been in the process of restoring our 1896 Victorian home for over a decade now. Jeremy Is knowledgeable, honest, and responsive to every question, concern, text message, etc. Jeremy's timelines were surprisingly quick and completely accurate. His description of the process was spot on and never once did the work run over the quote he provided. Clearview not only replaced the traditional asphalt roof on our garage, but also repaired our metal porch roofs, slate shingles on the main structure, and reconstructed entire box gutters--which is not an easy task. We are beyond impressed with Clearview Construction and will always use them in the future for any projects we can.

Recently, I had an unfortunate encounter with a contractor I hired to disassemble a chimney and remove a bee hive that had been built inside the chimney. This particular contractor did not tear down the chimney properly or seal it off correctly and ended up causing thousands of dollars in damage to our home. I immediately called Jeremy from Clearview Construction (which I should have done from the start) because he had previously done excellent work on repairing water damage in our mud room. He came right out and took photos of the damage and what needed done. Unlike the previous contractor he wrote up a professional contract, helped me figure out how I could afford to get all the work done and started as soon as the weather allowed. He took care of ordering all the materials, his team was delightful, he always took my calls and texts and was extremely responsive and communicated his intentions. Good communication is rare in construction work and it was much appreciated. They were always there when they said they would be there and completely the work in a timely fashion. Jermey and his team really went above and beyond. When I had trouble finding a beekeeper (who was also fantastic), Jeremy reached out and found one for me. He even offered to testify in small claims court against the other contractor. Clearview Construction is worth every penny. You can't do any better, from the office staff to the team who completed the work....an all around awesome group of people. Please don't be like me and try to cut corners. If I had hired Jeremy from the start I would have saved upwards of $10,000 because the work would have been done right the first time. Trust me when I say Clearview Construction is the only company that will work on my 120 year old home going forward.
