I needed my car detailed because I had an incident where my son's friend threw up on my car. I did my best to clean it but the smell still lingered so I know I didn't get it as well as someone else could. And honestly, my car needed to be detailed anyways. It was LONG over due. Mauro communicated that vomit would take a little longer to clean and would have to use an ozone machine to help and it may take up to two days to get the car cleaned. When I picked up my car, it had the brand new car smell and the inside of my car was epically cleaned. The leather seats looked amazing and I hadn't seen them look that nice since I first purchased my car. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I reached out to attention to detail and they were able to come the next week- on New Year's Day! Well, I paid extra to have the smell removed, I'm very glad I did. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee.
