I thought that the stain in the backseat from a chocolate shake was bad, but that was nothing compared the passenger seat. I myself try to vacuum my car out every other month or so but this was so worth my time and money. I was able to book my appointment very easily when I called & Brandon was so kind to go over the packages and a la carte options with me. I was wanting a detailing but in specific, deep seat cleaning and headlight restoration (which I had never seen before). I knew I needed some good vacuuming for those hard to reach places & boy oh boy! Did he get everything. I let him know that I had family coming to town & I needed my car to look extra clean, his last words were, "this car will look brand new"! Oh - IT DID! I purchased the Gold Package, w/ two headlight restoration & he also did an Ozone Treatment, which is a special he has going on at this time. My car felt brand new. He inspects the car before with you and goes over any questions you may have for him. He also has you do a final inspection to make sure everything is up to your standards. My car is a 2007 & even the carpets, which are the original ones that came with the car looked brand new. I had tons of items in my trunk that I said he didn't need to worry about & he offered to take everything out, clean that area & put it all back. Which was awesome, since my trunk looks brand new too.
