One would think he went above and beyond, but it seems to be the norm for him. Definitely knows how to diffuse a situation. I have a brand new car (only a few weeks old) so when i drove up to it i could see that it was an old car wash. Almost backed out but someone pulled in behind me. Went through and then stopped at Riteaid. When i got out i saw scratches on my hood. Since its a brand new car, i saw them right away. Of course, i called them right away and went back to show them and they said that it was no way their fault. Wasn't expecting them to own up to it, but when they lied about their insurance, i decided im going to contact an attorney. On top of all of that, my car was far from being clean. They performed a wash, decontam and polish prior to applying the 5 year Duraslic HG coating. They buffed out a few scratches that accumulated since the vehicle purchase as well. The coating looks fantastic, really pops the paint and I can't wait to check out the hydrophobic and oleophobic effects in the rain and first wash! No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal. They went above and beyond and gave the interior of my car a light detail and vacuum as well. Especially if they think you're not privy to workaday crims salivating at the thought of perhaps getting in your passenger side door while you're not paying attention. Lock all your doors, and keep an eye on everything, and you'll get petrol at a fantastic price. Overall, it is a clean place to hang out while filling up your tank. If you are smuggling any alcohol in your car, now might be a time to take a hit!
