Visited 1/1/2022 for some late night bowling and drinks. Had to pay extra to use VIP bowling lanes since it was so busy but i did not mind. Put my card on tab for the drinks while bowling and they charged me TWICE. One amount before tip and one amount after. Both amounts over 65$+ I've tried calling front desk multiple times to get this fixed because if i call my bank I'll have to replace my whole card, do not recommend this place solely based off of customer service. read more

Came here with the family while on vacation, everyone had a blast. There's a great variety of fun activities for everyone. We even went twice! read more

Took my family here had a great time I would recommend to try this out. We will be coming back soon

The games are awesome, and the pizza is amazing! Sadly, the service in the restaurant is absolutely atrocious... We waited 15 minutes and had to track down a manager because no one would acknowledge us at the hostess stand. After being seated, it took us over 20 minutes to get a server to pay attention to us. We immediately placed our order and waited over a half hour longer just for chips and salsa. My kids were melting down. Total shame, appears to have great potential, but god-awful service! Eat before you go. read more

Had a great evening with friends. Chloe was our server and she was exceptional. Would recommend this place for birthday party or any special event. read more

Great service! Very fun and inviting atmosphere. There was a lot to do with a big group and the drinks were great!

turned off the games prior to their advertised closing time which left us with an unusable card. once the kids tried to claim their prizes, about 6 employees hovered over them rushing them out. not a good experience at all. read more

Amazing staff, amazing place, amazing Food !! Highly recommended! We went As a family and played for hours. Fun for all ages!

This place was so much fun and the food was amazing. This was honestly a good choice to spend my best friends birthday

If you'd like to be racially discriminated against this is the place to go. It started with watching two bartenders use their fingers to taste drinks then hand them out to our table. After simply bringing it to waiters attention, she went and got the bar tender who said it's how they make sure they made the drink right. We advised them we did not like this and asked to remake the drinks which the bartender agreed to do. 10/15 min later the general manger Laura comes to the table and tells us we are "harassing her crew" and need to pay our tab and leave. Didn't ask what happened, did not try to reconcile or anything. We told her we needed checks split. She told us no, slammed the bill on the table and told us to pay in full or she would call Scottsdale's police department. We again told her we have no problem paying and leaving, but it was a group and the checks needed to be correct so that we could do that. She left, split the check down the middle came back and told us she split it into two and to figure it out. After again explaining to her that it can not be paid until she corrected the bills she left again, came back and said the bill was on her and that she wanted us out. It was the most disrespectful, distasteful experience I have ever had. I will never return. I'd also like to note that we had 0 issues at the virtual reality and kart racing which is what we did prior to walking over and thinking we could have a nice meal. read more

Thank you Mavrix for exceeding all of my expectations and creating a memorable night for everyone in my party. I booked my college graduation here and all of my guests said they had a blast, including myself. I highly recommend using their event services for groups. The entire process ran smoothly. I applied on their website and within the next day, I was contacted back. Their event coordinators are very responsive and informative. They answered all my questions and ensured I was going to have a great event, and I did. The event packages are so worth it. Members of my party received drink tickets, appetizers, arcade play, and two lanes for bowling! The service was amazing too! The guys enjoyed the place too because they got to walk over next door to Octane and get some go kart racing in. It was an amazing experience. If you are looking for a place to celebrate with some friends and family, I would suggest Mavrix and booking a group event. Currently with Covid, the minimum is 6 guests and I felt safe the entire time. There was social distancing and masks. This place is fun for everyone, aesthetically pleasing, and welcoming. Please support their business! read more

Steak is great steak is good. Come eat in my neighborhood

I cannot believe the rudeness!! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional staff in my life! I do not recommend this crap hole for any event you have. Save your money!! Go to your nearest bowling alley even if it's a dive, you'd have a hell of a lot more fun fighting with the drunks in the lane next to you than going here. read more

All I can say is "Aaron" manager or whatever he is was the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with as a customer....after coming in on their opening night and spending $300+ for bowling, food & drinks on a Saturday. I was told that they would be open till midnight and at the latest 2am. So, we spent another $100 on the arcade card to play with friends from out of town and this "Aaron" at 10:03 tried to tell us to leave after having another $75 left on our card and then proceeded to hassle us until we left. I then asked if we can play one more game on the way out and he would not make eye contact with me and was extremely rude and told me no and that we need to leave now...mind your there was 10+ other customers still playing games with no intentions of leaving. Ended up giving him our card back with $75 left on it and told him that we will never come back again nor support this establishment. Note: management I highly recommend getting staff who treat customers with respect unlike "Aaron"! Everyone else who works there great job and you all were amazing. read more

Mavrix - Shows here right now "OPEN UNTIL 2AM" - Bowling Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Best place to go for games and fun you can order food and drinks !! The prices are also pretty good It's totally worth it to get the $20 prize you can play all day read more

Great time! Game cards have good value, very knowledgeable and friendly service. Huge variety of games, we had a very fun afternoon here!

Jackson is the best employee. He deserves a raise. Bowling was fun but laser tag made the night

Amazing awesome place to come. Super clean and so much stuff to do. Food and drinks are great. Chris is an amazing bartender and took great care of us. 5 stars for this place all day! read more

Amazing spot to bowl! Arcade, food, drinks, bowling! Super fun and huge spot to hangout as a date or hang with family/ friends!

After I left, my card was charged again, according to my bank statement. I had to contact my bank, order a new card and file a dispute for the random charge. Hopefully, for the owners of the establishment, this was an honest mistake. However, if this kind of review begins to be a pattern, it is a bad sign. read more

Amazing food and bowling was helped by Ethan and Tyler C. Both amazing and helpful guys.

Ethan was such a huge help. He made our experience so easy getting in and so comfortable for our time here!

Phoebe was fantastic helping us in our first time experience at Mavrix!!! Great time! Great place!

I went their for my 21 birthday and got an alcoholic beverage, got carded and the guy started writing down everything on my ID when I asked him why he wouldn't explain to me. After telling him I was not comfortable with him doing that he shredded it and threw it away. I was happy he threw it away but uneasy he wrote it all down in the first place read more

Decent place, would definitely improve some things. Went on a Wednesday and bought the unlimited pass for two which was $35 and includes unlimited bowling, billiards, and laser tag. They apparently had an event going on but we didn't know this until after we bought the pass online. We arrive around 4:30 pm and the worker tells us about them having events booked and basically says we need to do bowling now because we won't be able to do it again until 8 pm. Okay whatever. Well we go up to the desk at 8:20 pm and the workers tells us we can't bowl or play pool because when there is an event those two things are reserved for them. They offered us the VIP spark lane for an additional $10 though. We just left. We played one round of bowling and one round of laser tag which really wasn't that great. I think we should've been refunded or accommodated if we weren't going to be able to use the unlimited pass as intended, not sure why i even paid for it. read more

Good drinks, good food, and decently priced games at good group rates. Also they show UFC fights so that's a big bonus. Highly recommend checking it out for a night out with friends. Great spot! read more

This place is amazing! Clean and fun! So many games and bowling was a blast. Phoebe at the front desk was friendly and super helpful. We bowled in the VIP lanes and had the best time! Totally worth the drive! read more

Cool place but the service is inconsistent. Went there on a Thursday evening and the service was great. Following weekend, the server would not server would not serve food/drinks at the pool tables. She was not friendly about it either. Bartender took our order after some convincing, he was good about it. Masks are strictly enforced. For that reason alone, I'll find somewhere else to spend my money. read more

Absolutely terrible. We arrived and bought play cards and unlimited wrist bands. We wanted to eat then play. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We ordered right away because let's face it sitting that long you know what your ordering. Well after ordering it took an extreme amount of time for food to even start coming out. And it wasn't even hot. To tip it off there are only 3 tables of people! We had 10 in our group. Now if it's busy sure I can understand a big delay but 3 tables? Come on. And the general manager casey was horrible. Wouldnt refund our wrist bands which was 200$ worth and so we have 1.5 hours before they close. We spent over 1.5 hrs from the time we sat down to the time we got up.again still the same 3 tables here. The server was the only good thing about this dining experience and he wasnt even our server but he took over our group since ours only showed her face once. The most disappointing part is the manager. How can you be such a rude guy in this business. Greedy. We came to spend money and have a good time but you sir make me never want to come back. After that we talked with another manager. the ops manager Matt was amazing and took care of us. Matt truly should be the GM and not Casey. Matt's customer service is amazing and kind and understanding. read more

Michael was the absolute best! So helpful when we went to the front with a large group. I was pleased with the customer service. Drinks were quick and happy hour was awesome! read more

Bad service, unfriendly, over priced and the games kept braking down on us. While the staff reseted it, our time for the hour bowling which we paid for was still counting down. Didn't even get to finish our game of bowling. Never coming back read more

This place had fun games for the kids but the service was bad for example a co worker yelled at my 11 year old kid.Do not recommend this place. read more

Very fun entertaining place to bring friends/family. The people there are very friendly and the service while eating was too tier. I played laser tag and it was a lot of fun. Kyle Talson was a good help with explaining the rules of the game making it a lot less complicated. Paige at the front desk was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. The staff here are very friendly. Bowling was a lot of fun with all the different game modes available. Overall, mavrix is a great place to bring your girlfriend on a date or bring your family with to play games, eat food, and just hangout read more

Pretty fun place, very bright and lots to do. Definitely will come back! :))) There's arcade, cozy seating, food, bowling and lazertag.

Mario Kart with the boys! So fun! Didn't get to try all they had to offer, but arcade was decent and clean.

Had a great first experience here! The manager Chacho, as well as our bartenders Joe and Elisha made made it easy to want to come back. If you're looking for a good time, don't hesitate to come to Mavrix read more

Have been several times with and without kids and love it. The restaurant is really good - several steps up from typical bar food. My kids love the laser tag and arcade. We will definitely be back. read more

This place is awesome! Emily was especially helpful at the front helping us pick out lanes! Thank you again Emily!

So disappointed by this place. The service was horrible. The staff was trying to do their best but it was so messed up. Took 20 minutes to get drinks. Food was brought to our table 8 times that we didn't order. They must not have a method of knowing which table ordered what. Food took a long time to come out and servers did not know what they were bringing to the table. Ordered large order of wings and got medium, wrong drink brought out twice. Felt sorry for the staff. Won't be back. read more

This. Place. Is. AWESOME!! I wanted to have a surprise birthday party for my wife and, in typical husband fashion, didn't get around to planning til a few days before hand. I walked into Mavrix for the first time, and was immediately impressed with the layout and options for having an event. I met with Event Sales Consultant Kali M. who talked me through the options. Kali was extremely invested in the planning process and helped me come up with the perfect plan for my specific vision. We ended up using the patio outside the bar, and were even able to watch the Thursday Night Football game on the enormous screen throughout the party. The management and employees were all briefed and prepared for our event. They did a great job of getting all the guests in the right place and settled with food and drinks before we got there. Once I came in with my wife, they facilitated the surprise in a way that left my wife and I both surprised and blown-away. Our server, Salyna M. was a total pro and never stopped hustling to take care of the 30 plus guests. She was personable and professional and everyone was so happy with her customer service. The beer was cold and food was delicious. We even had a few from our group do a go-kart ride at Octane next door which we were able to watch from the Matrix patio which overlooks the racetrack. Totally awesome, can't wait to do more events here. All of our guests said the same thing. Not one complaint, and no way I could express how perfect everything was! It really made my wife's birthday so special! read more
