A third salesperson tried to steer me toward the same style in regular leather, but I knew I wasn't interested. In the end I bought a small chenille handbag I fell in love with and a black glazed card case with a tiny cherries charm on it that sort of matches the bag. I only gave the shop three stars because it bothered me having so many salespeople trying to help me and the third one was sort of aggressive. Instead of paying attention to the customers leaving, she questioned my statement and said she had not seen anyone exit. It was apparent that she simply was not monitoring the flow closely. The interaction and her attitude did not sit well with me. I shared this with my 4 friends who were already in the store to make purchases. The experience left all of us disappointed and walked out empty handed. Because of this interaction, it will likely be quite a while before I choose to return to your store. Having had a great experience in the past at this shop when they replaced the leather on 6 dining chairs, we knew that he would provide quality workmanship. Fortunately Sean had a leather remnant that closely matched the chair color, so we didn't have to purchase a whole hide which would have added to the cost. He promised to have it done in 2 weeks, but he surprised us by saying that it was all done 5 days later! We were thrilled when he personally delivered it the next day. I can highly recommend Leather Leather if you want quality work done on your furniture in need of refurbishing.
