I tried one and six hours later I felt like I picked up someone else's pup, she was terrified and hiding all night. Thank god I found Beata who cones to me and now my poodle has one on one attention and is fine in an hour! She's always super happy after she gets home and looks beautiful. Beata thank you for always taking such great care of her and being so gentle and loving. I didn't want to do a review bc you're already hard to get an appointment with but I can't help letting people o ow that if they have a fragile and small dog that can't be left for hours in between services than call you!! Today she really outdid herself, though. My daughter's dog, who is a rescue and super reactive and also mats super easily, desperately needed a professional grooming. After two failed attempts at some local groomers in recent weeks, I asked Beata if she could fit Maisy in. She called with an opening, spent two and a half hours tenderly and patiently bathing and grooming Maisy, and apparently, the only time she got attitude was for the nail trim! Beata is truly wonderful; Maisy can get freaked out very easily and takes a while to warm up to strangers, and apparently, she was literally eating out of Beata's hand. Meanwhile, my older dog, when stressed, has small seizures so I've been doing a terrible job of grooming him to reduce his stress level the past 8 months. Sadly, he was a mess beyond my skill level so I called Beata to save the day, and boy, did she ever! Beata was so gentle and loving to him, he made it through his bath and grooming and was so so happy to be clean and gorgeous again. Beata has been my partner in keeping my shelties coats gorgeous for several years now and I can't imagine what we'd do without her!

My…read moredog Suki is very shy and usually nervous around new people, but Sarah was so gentle, kind, and patient with her. Sarah not only won Suki over, but she won me over too with her professionalism, warmth, and incredible attention to detail. Suki came out looking and feeling fantastic -- this was hands down the best grooming we've ever received from a mobile service. The Grooming Package was thorough and clearly done with love and care. You can tell Sarah genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the results. Thank you, Sarah, for making this such a positive experience for both of us. We're officially loyal clients now!

I called them after frantically calling vets all morning and mistakenly said "Good morning! I'm a…read morenew patient and I was wondering if you all express anal glands" to which the only response was "WELL, we're a grooming service so we don't have patients" (or whatever nonsense) accompanied by a shrill and ugly laugh. No follow up comment. Only intentional condescension. I really do have thick skin, but I just found the lack of an actual response and lack of professionalism to be egregiously pretentious. I explained to her that I had been calling around all morning and excused myself for the slip of the tongue, I thanked her for her condescension and said goodbye. Take of this information what you will, but in my experience when a 15 second interaction (the fist 15, mind you) is all it takes for a potential client to take valuable time out of their morning (it's 9:22am) to leave you a 1-star review on yelp, you are a rinky dink business with rinky dink "adults" masquerading as professionals. In my experience, when a human's first instinct is fully and intentionally be condescending you while ignoring your polite request it doesn't bode well. I didn't write this review because I was offended by the immediate condescension to the first thing I said (an obvious and understandable slip of the tongue), but more so to let folks know my experience. Within 15 seconds I was left with ZERO confidence that they would care for my dog correctly and professionally. It's so hard to find good care for my dog, and I don't trust her with just anyone, and was reminded this morning that the industry is riddled with unprofessional amateurs. In this case, and my estimation, a self-absorbed novice. Take heed of the other 1 star reviews on here and they'll paint a clear picture of the person you'll be entrusting to care for your special loved one. (By the looks of it she's inexperienced and entitled at best, and ducks accountability where she can) P.S. if you've ever had pet care outside of Seattle you'll realize how subpar services are in Seattle. Like I get it, it's a paid service, but making everything so transactional is bad business and frankly unprofessional.

Great job on his nails, feet, evening out his hair and keeping his Mohawk! He came home happy and smelling wonderful. After moving here it was so hard to find a groomer that fit my dog's needs. Coming home with a bleeding dog. Kristina made me feel at ease and took very detailed care of my dog. She looked at pictures for reference, asked me lots of questions and did a lovely job! She has such a calming and gentle nature about her which then puts Chuck and Harley at ease. As she grooms each one I can hear her talking to them in a soft and reassuring voice throughout the session which a lot of groomers neglect to do. For her, it's not just about grooming but the whole experience your dog gets when they are in her hands. I swear, I should be carrying her business cards with me whenever I take the boys for a walk...people are constantly stopping me and asking who my groomer is. Harley, my Pom, recently had his fur colored during his grooming appt (yes it's completely safe) and her technique is so impeccable that people think I'm carrying a toy or a teddy bear in my arms lol. When they realise he's a living dog they just stop dead in their tracks and take pictures like crazy. I love her personality, her grooming style and most of all her caring and loving nature for each animal when they are with her. A part of me doesn't want to share her with the rest of Seattle but I know pets are our family and we want them in the best hands always. So with that, if you want your fur baby to have the best grooming experience and to look pawsitively adorable then Julia is your gal!
