Our groomer was Bryan, who showed up on schedule. Bryan took his time for her dog to get comfortable with him. He took time to evaluate what the dog needed. She didn't wag her tail, didn't come to me like she usually does, and was unusually quiet. Something felt off. That night she stayed calm at home, but the next morning, after just five minutes outside, she refused to walk. I noticed her paw was swollen and inflamed. The vet said it looked like trauma or possibly a burn around the nail bed, consistent with grooming-related injury. The salon later sent a photo of Daisy after the grooming, but it doesn't show her paws at all. That felt strange. When I called to share what happened and ask for accountability, the owner was cold, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility or even acknowledge the concern. I'm not here to point fingers, but I do want to share my experience. Daisy is healing now, but this was and still is a painful and stressful experience for both of us. We have a new appointment at the vet.

I haven't brought him for professional grooming for 5 years now. However, as Lanbao gets older (he is 11 years old this year), it's harder to do the grooming myself. Lanbao got a bit of old man attitude :) Jackie was so kind and detailing how she will make sure Lanbao gets breaks during the grooming. Lanbao is sensitive with his paws and his face being trimmed. She was very polite and honest with what could be done and not. I had trimmed her face earlier and boss lady wasn't any about telling me that I messed up lol. I am a huge animal lover and have had them my entire life. I would never put an animal down before they were ready and it was their time. Everyone that knows me knows my animals are like my children. I would never do anything to harm them. This place used to be friendly and had a great groomer (Kelly). Since they have brought on the new groomer, it has gone downhill with customer service. Also, messed up my appointments multiple times and kept changing the price for service. Would add additional charges on. Avoid it until they make staffing and ownership changes.
