But, there was a new food stand and when I saw Italian Beef I got excited. My husband had the plain Italian beef and we both thought it was delicious. I had the Italian sausage with Mariana sauce, peppers, onions and cheese. Very tasty but messy. There are two picnic tables and when you go up to order they give you a buzzer that goes off when your order is ready to pick up. Best to be eating these sandwiches at a table vs your car. We are looking forward to visiting this food cart again when in town to try some of the others sandwiches. Next time I'll update with a menu picture etc.

A elf dog with grilled onions, jalapeño and a sauce. The elk dog was awesome, almost better than the Chicago. Our person who ate the Maui dog felt it could of been hotter, but he lost his taste buds from a surgery ...lol...so his comments don't count. I think they're in Park Falls 2 days a week and Phillips 2 days.

We ordered the Lumberjack and the Open Range. I have eaten a lot of pizza from many pizza joints and honestly the Lumberjack has one of the most delicious flavors I have ever tasted in terms of pizza. And the Open Range was also very pleasant. They were both very flavorful. And the crust was perfect. Sometimes with the wood fire pizza you get the outside crust crispy and the center crust soggy and that was not the case today. These pizzas were cooked perfectly. The pizzas are more of a personal pizza or a snack pizza. We got two for 2 adults and to small children and it was a perfect light lunch for our family. Our wait was times 30-40 minutes which I didn't think was bad for a fresh pizza and the brewery was busy. People were grabbing pizzas what seemed like every five minutes, so the pizza truck was definitely busy as well. Everyone here was grabbing pizzas. I am excited to try more of their menu options! Can't wait for them to be back!

And they were fried to a crisp.. not super edible. They were ok but not great. The ribs were decent, good flavor, not a ton of smoke and like I said, greasy. The smoked mac and cheese was disgusting. It tasted like it was days old (or at least the cheese was) and there wasn't any smoke flavor. The baked beans were ok but tasted like from a can. For it being a $82 order i just feel like it should have been way better. Front desk cashier was friendly enough but not super helpful. Wouldn't come back here but it served the purpose in the moment.
