I WAS IN THE STORE BEFORE BEING APPROACHED AND OFFERED WATER. ITS HOT IN ARIZONA!! First off a mattress sales person should explain the negative aspects of buying a used mattress. Many mattress have a 20 year warranty on them which I do not agree with. If you do your own research you would have found out that after 10 years of having a mattress your skin cells shed to the point that it doubles the weight of the mattress. I would never buy a used mattress. If I was a mattress dealer I would have heckled you too about buying a used mattress and buying a mattress that is low QUALITY. Doing your own homework before buying a mattress or buying anything that is going to have a significant impact on your quality of life is imperative. IF you don't do your homework I would hope that you would have SALES people that are honest enough (even if what they have to say is negative or rude) to give you the proper education on the products they have in the store. THEY DO OFFER REFUNDS and/or EXCHANGES on the products that are not on closeout or CLEARENCE, as these products are clearly stated no refunds. MATTRESS MAGIC will not only educate you on ALL products they SELL, they offer products that are priced to help any customers need and financial ability. I chose MATTRESS MAGIC because of the quality product they offered and not because they only OFFERED product by a big company who has more SALES because of ADVERTISING VOODOO that has made them a household NAME. I have a BACHELORS DEGREE in BUSINESS FINANCING. I was active DUTY Military and I was a Military wife for 15 years. I am very skilled in the art of negotiation and I am very knowledgeable in the Art of Advertising and MARKETING of products. I do my homework and I never buy a product from a company that sells 3rd party products of companies that spend most of its profits on advertising campaigns when they make a cheap product and do not spend even 1/10 on the proper research and development to fit the needs of any customer. Dyson spent 10 years on product research and development to make a superior product before they were profitable. I would not trust a sales person or Doctor or anyone who was selling me goods and services who did not offer me the negative and positive Aspects of the product or service. I don't need these people to be nice just to sell me a product or service. I NEED HONESTY no matter how honest they have to be. WHEN it comes to a Mattress this purchase is not to be made in HASTE and without proper EDUCATION on product type, product development, and product research before the product is offered on a wide retail scale to customers. YOU should never buy a cheap MATTRESS. A Mattress has a large IMPACT on both your daily life and MEDICAL WELLNESS. YOUR SLEEP is important for both PHYSICAL HEALTH, and MENTAL HEALTH. I have suffered from chronic INSOMNIA, Chronic MIGRAINS from a broken neck, and MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES due to the loss of an infant 3 years AGO to SIDS. To reduce the need for pain medication and mood STABILIZERS, PROPER SLEEP without the need of sleep aids, will give you a better QUALITY of LIFE. We are not rich, we have 6 living children and one on the way. My husband and I are both DISABLED Vets on a fixed income. My card had a low daily limit and the owner worked with me and ordered my product and allowed me to come back with a bank check (because that is what I insisted on). This company offers a SUPERIOR product both in quality and pricing. This company will not BS you just to get your business. They just want was is BEST for their CUSTOMERS. This was my husbands' and I second time to this store. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted like family! They remembered our situation and what we had bought as it was yesterday we had gone there the first time which was months ago, when my husband was just my fiancé. Definitely catered to our needs and gave us the best deals. They also have this promise once you buy a mattress or furniture you can upgrade it to another furniture or mattress and 90% of the store credit can be used towards the new purchase! My husband is 6'6 so upgrading to a post marital bed was definitely necessary and done in an economic way. No other store would be even remotely ice enough or close enough to do that for their customers. We were able to upgrade our mattress from a queen to hybrid king and we purchased a new bedroom set that includes dresser with mirror, tall chest and best frame for a smoking deal. They will come to our home and take away the old mattress and bed stand and install all of the new furniture. They also, have a deal with charities to donate the used mattress to homeless people. For people like us, that goes along way. They were very helping when it came to helping out other small businesses gain some customers since the plaza or location is right near big businesses such as Ikea or Ashley's furniture. I'm new to the area and I happened to stumble across this gem while exploring the area and I'm so happy I did. I met Dakota and he was very knowledgeable, patient and personable. I had just started my search so I wasn't ready to purchase at the time. No pressure from Dakota he wrote down some prices and brands so that I could do my comparison shopping and told me I'd be back. Sure enough a few weeks later I went back. He remembered who I was and what mattresses I'd looked at on my first visit. He helped me make the best decision within my budget and I couldn't be happier with my decision! They were even able to deliver the mattress within an hour of my visit. I want to scream and shout at the top of my lungs BUY YOUR MATTRESS HERE! Literally had the BEST experience with mattress magic. Long story short I had been shopping for a mattress for a few weeks and I ended up buying one that cost 4k from MOR furniture. a few days later I stumbled into this place and saw that they had high quality mattresses for a THIRD of the price! Imagine my shock! LOL just when I thought i'd wasted thousands of dollars on a bed my hubby and I couldnt agree on liking, the owner, Curly walked us through finding the PERFECT mattress with a re-selection guarantee. I went in here with my mother looking for a bed set for myself for my new apartment. Not only this Cesar go back & forth between the computer and us lookin through a catalog giving us prices, he then without hesitation let us look at beds & explained each one to me, he even walked me to beds that catered to what I'd complain/compliment based on each bed. He was so knowledgeable and I didn't feel forced into buying. This is literally the worst store experience I have had in years. I think most of their staff and ownership should be in prison. They lie, cheat and steal at every turn. Their tactics of chasing people out in the parking lot to get you to come into their store over their competitor next door is very scummy. Don't trust them, don't try them. I bought two mattress and box spring sets (queen and king) and got a great deal financially. Two years after purchase we had an issue with the box springs and Mattress Magic replaced both box springs with no hassle. They even upgraded the box springs.
