When I reached out to the salesperson who handled my order, he was dismissive, made false assumptions about the cause, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. Future customers: document everything, because you might need it.

The sales associates do not seem to hover over customers when they walk in the door or approach them aggressively like a used car salesman like at some of their competitors stockrooms. They simply leave you be to shop and seem to really work with you on pricing as well as financing if you choose to purchase with them. That said, we have not purchased anything from them yet, so I cannot speak on that.
